This is one of the exciting adventure trip across the Indian Himalayas for those who desire max. thrill in a short perriod of time as it encompasses all the flavors of an exciting nature adventure trip, be it trekking, mountain biking in the Himalayas , or paddling the white waters of the mighty Ganga , it has it all.

A short easy trek running parallel to the high Himalayas. Good views all the way, beautiful camping by the lake at Devariyatal and some great forests. In the early spring the rhododendron forest glow red as the flowers bloom. The views from the Chandrashilla top will stay in one’s memory for really long.Any expense of personal nature.

Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Rishikesh - Ukimath

  Early in the morning after breakfast Drive 4-5 hrs along the Alaknanda and the Mandakini rivers to reach Ukhimath in the evening. Lunch enroute. Visit the temple at Ukhimath in the evening. Dinner & over night stay at hotel.
• Day 2 : Deveriatal - Chopta

  The trail goes through the dense forest and stays on the ridge all the way to Tali. From here we descend for a while to cross a stream and then climb up gradually to reach Chopta, located in an idyllic setting having beautiful meadows and is surrounded by dense forests.
  
• Day 3 : Chopta - Tungnath - Chandrashila Top-Chopta

  Start early in the morning and climb up to the temple of Tungnath and beyond. Tungnath, one of the Shiva temples is the highest temple in Garhwal and has definitely a certain mystical/religious aspect which is quite based on the spectacular surrounding and views from there. Views which go far beyond the simple "view of mountains".
  The summit of the Chandrashilla peak provides a breathtaking 360 degree view.
  
• Day 4 : Chopta - Devprayag - Raft down to Amarasu

  Today we prepare ourselves to embark on a River journey of a life time on the white waters of the Great Ganga. For this first we drive another 150 Km to Devprayag. Once here, we get you to the starting point, give you all necessary instructions, prepare your gear and then start our way downstream. The rapids are few and of low grade giving you an opportunity to simply swim, body surf or sing while oaring your raft. In a span of 1 ½ hour we reach Amarasyu where we camp at the beach for the night.

  • Hotspots Devprayag
• Day 5 : Raft down to Kodiyala

  Again an easy day for rafting where we negotiate a few small rapids on our 30 km way to our beach camp at Kodiala.
• Day 6 : Raft down to Rishikesh

  Kodiala is a very popular area for rafting and you get to cross some fine grade III rapids such as “Daniel Dip”, “The Wall”, “Three Blind Mice”, “Crossfire”, and the “Body Surfing rapid”. Covering 35 Km to reach Rishikesh where after lunch we make our way across a few more exciting rapids such as “Roller Coaster” and “Golf Course” and try a hand in cliff jumping .Arrive Rishikesh, and check in hotel.
  
• Day 7 : Cycling down the Shivalik

  After an early breakfast we will board the vehicle to narendranagar for an exciting 24kms off road mountain biking enroute neergad water fall(packed lunch) . Back to hotel .If time permits we will visit Asia’s first fixed plat form Bungy jumping site to make it an appropriate and exciting end to a grand adventure. One can try a bungee jump or flying swing. Back to hotel .overnight hotel
