Day wise Itinerary

  • Day 1 : Arrival in New Delhi Indra Gandhi Airport

    Delhi is the capital of the world’s largest democracy, India. Known as Indraprastha in ancient times. Delhi is a true metropolitan city with diversified and rich culture. Delhi exists in two forms, the Old and the New Delhi that show the great amalgamation of modernity and traditions in a remarkable manner. Delhi has glorious history. It was known by the name of Indraprastha and has been traditionally credited with being the capital of the Pandavas. Delhi had been ruled by various dynasties like the Mughals, Khilji and Tuglaks. Prithviraj Chauhan the last Hindu Emperor played a major role in shaping the history of Delhi. After this great ruler, the control of Delhi went into the hand of Qutub-ud-din-Aibak of Turkish who built the famous monument named Qutub Minar.
    Upon arrival at New Delhi airport you will be met by our representative who will assist you to board your deluxe bus and drive to Agra, overnight stay at hotel

  • Day 2 : Agra City Tour

    The former capital of Hindustan, is a city on the banks of the river Yamuna in the northern state of Uttar Pradesh, India. It is 363 kilometres (226 mi) west of the state capital, Lucknow, and 200 kilometres (124 mi) south of the national capital New Delhi. With a population of 1,686,976 (2010 est.), it is one of the most populous cities in Uttar Pradesh and the 19th most populous in India. The golden age of the city began with the Mughals. It was known then as Akbarabād and remained the capital of the Mughal Empire under the Emperors Akbar, Jahāngīr and Shāh Jahān. Shāh Jahān later shifted his capital to Shāhjahānabād in the year 1649.

  • Day 3 : Varanasi

    After breakfast at hotel, we will visit Mandir/Ghat etc in Varanasi. Varanasi situated on the banks of the sacred Ganges, Varanasi has been a centre of pilgrimage and learning for over 2000 years and is considered to be one of the oldest surviving cities in the world. Rest of the day free to relax at hotel. Overnight at hotel.

    Later in afternoon visit famous temples and Kashi Hindu University where more than fifty thousand students from all over the world are learning

  • Day 4 : Varanasi-Sarnath

    After breakfast at hotel excursion to visit Sarnath - After the Buddha attained enlightenment in Bodh Gaya, he came to Sarnath. Here in the Deer Park, he delivered his first sermon or set in motion the Wheel of Law (Maha Dharmachakra Pravartan.) Later return back to Varanasi. Evening see AARTI at river Ghat. Overnight at hotel


    Early morning enjoy boat ride to watch the sunrise over the Ganges when hundreds of people are worshiping & taking bath. After that visit Sarnath Temples. Later return back to hotel.

  • Day 5 : Sarnath (Varanasi) - Khajuraho

    The Khajuraho Group of Monuments are a group of Hindu and Jain temples in Madhya Pradesh, India. About 620 kilometres (385 mi) southeast of New Delhi, they are one of the UNESCO World Heritage Sites in India.[1] The temples are famous for their Nagara-style architectural symbolism and their erotic sculptures.

  • Day 6 : Khajuraho to Kolkata By Flight

    Kolkata, formerly known as Calcutta in English, is the capital of the Indian state of West Bengal and is located in eastern India on the east bank of the River Hooghly. The city was a colonial city developed by the British East India Company and then by the British Empire. Kolkata was the capital of the British Indian empire until 1911 when the capital was relocated to Delhi.

    After breakfast at hotel, In time transfer to airport to board on flight to Kolkata. Kolkata, the bustling capital city of West Bengal, is the hub of Bengali culture in India. The city which is the cultural capital of whole India and the commercial capital of Eastern India was earlier known as Calcutta as it was pronounced since the British rule and has changed to Kolkata.   • Day 7 : Kolkata City Tour

    After breakfast at hotel enjoy half day city tour including Fort William Situated at the banks of river Hooghly, it was named after King William III of England. Victoria Memorial Hall Victoria memorial hall is a fabulous museum that was established in the year 1921. The credit for designing and drawing the plan for this monument goes to Sir William Emerson, President of the British Institute of Architects. Howrah Bridge located over the Hoogli River in West Bengal, India, is said to be the busiest bridge of the world. It got its name owing to the fact that it connects the city of Howrah to Calcutta. Hawrah Bridge in Kolkata, India, also known by the name 'Rabindra Setu’. Birla Planetarium India is one of the largest museums in Asia. It came into existence in the year 1962 and the credit for establishing this wonderful center of science, communication & environment goes to Birla Education Trust.   • Day 8 : Chennai

    After breakfast at hotel enjoys day city tour including The British east India Company’s St. George Fort is a famous landmark of Chennai. Another colonial structure in the city of Chennai worth visiting is the Santhome Cathedral & Marina Beach. Evening free to explore local markets. Overnight at hotel.

  • Day 9 : Chennai to Vellore

    Vellore is a city and the administrative headquarters of Vellore District in the South Indian state of Tamil Nadu. Located on the banks of Palar River in the north-eastern part of Tamil Nadu and has been ruled, at different times, by the Pallavas, Medieval Cholas, Later Cholas, Vijayanagar Empire, Rashtrakutas, Carnatic kingdom, and the British.

There are a number of places in Bangalore that are worth visiting, including gardens, museums, palaces, temples, etc.

  • Day 12 : Bangalore

    After breakfast at hotel visit Fort & palaces - This summer palace has been constructed largely of wood and is famous for its carving and paintings. Lal Bagh - This botanical gardens has over 1000 species of flora. The Glass House is the center of attraction in this 2400-acre park. Vidhana Soudha - This is perfect amalgamation of traditional neo-Dravidian and modern styles. It is the home of the State Legislature and the Secretariat. The Bull Temple - The center of reverence is a magnificent Nandi, which is 15 feet tall and over 20 feet long.

  • Day 13 : Bangalore to Goa

Located in West India in the region known as the Konkan, it is bounded by the state of Maharashtra to the north and by Karnataka to the east and south, while the Arabian Sea forms its western coast. Goa is India's richest state with a GDP per capita two and a half times that of the country as a whole.

    Later in the afternoon visit Prince Of Wales Museum, Mani Bhawan, Crawford Market and Dhobi Ghat. Evening free to explore local markets. Overnight at hotel.

  • Day 17 : Mumbai to Amritsar

    Amritsar also known as Rāmdāspur and colloquially as Ambarsar, is a city in the north-western part of India. It is the spiritual center for the Sikh religion and the administrative. The main commercial activities include tourism, carpets and fabrics, farm produce, handicrafts, service trades, and light engineering. The city is known for its rich cuisine and culture and for the tragic incident of Jallianwala Bagh massacre in 1919 under British Rule

Reflecting influences of both Hindu and Muslim styles of architecture, the temple standing in the middle of a tank, exudes tremendous architectural brilliance which draws the attention of numerous tourists around the globe.

  • Day 18 : Amritsar to chandigarh

    After breakfast at hotel drive to Chandigarh. Chandigarh - one amongst the first and the best planned cities of India! Designed by Le Corbusier, a French architect, the city mesmerizes you with its simplicity. It was named after Goddess Chandi, the Goddess of Power, and is the shared capital of the states of Haryana and Punjab. On arrival, check in hotel. After wash and change at hotel visit Rock Garden - it is spread over an area of around 12 acres. Built by Nek Chand, the garden comprises of art objects that have been made from urban waste material. Sukhna Lake - the lake was created by building an artificial dam on a seasonal stream. Go for boating, relax in the restaurant situated there or just sit on the 2-km-long promenade and take in the beauty of nature. International Dolls Museum – it has a vast collection of dolls and puppets from all over the world. It is open throughout the week, except Sunday.

  • Day 19 : Chandigarh - Haridwar- Rishikesh (214 Kms / 04 hrs)

    Rishikesh is a city and a municipal board in Dehradun district now in the Indian state of Uttarakhand. Located in the foothills of the Himalayas in northern India, it is known as The Gateway to the Garhwal Himalayas. Rishikesh is surrounded by three other districts namely Tehri Garhwal, Pauri Garhwal and Haridwar. It is located approximately 20 km north of the holy city Haridwar. Important Notes:



  • All passengers are supposed to report at the International airport at least 3 hours before the schedule time of International flight and 2 hours before the schedule time of domestic flight.



  • Check-in / check-out times in INDIA for hotel is 1200 Hrs. Early check in and late check out is subject to availability of room.



  • After finalization of the tour/service cost, if there are any hikes in entrance fees of monuments/museums, taxes, fuel cost, Air/Train fare or guide charges by the Govt of India, the same would be charged as extra.




 

Payment Terms & Conditions:



  • A) As per our company policy, tour can be confirm on the basis of advance payment only and to initiate the flight / train / transport / room reservations we need 20% advance payment of total tour cost + Flight fares and rest of balance payment you can pay:




(1) In case or bank transfer 1 month before arrival in India



  • We will provide you the on-line receipt of the payment.




 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

1- In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing well in advance.

2- Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and would be as follows:

(a) 40 days prior to arrival - 25% of the advance deposited.

(b) 30 days prior to arrival - 25% of the total tour cost

(c) 15 days prior to arrival - 40% of the total tour cost

(d) 10 days prior to arrival - 50 % of the total tour cost

(e) 72 hours prior to arrival - 75% of the total tour cost

(f) Less than 72 hours or no show - NO REFUND.

3- In case of special train journey, special airfare journey and peak season hotel bookings a separate cancellation policy is applicable which would be advised as and when required.

 

Refund:



  • In regard to refund of unused / unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance) the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us.



  • In case you cancel the trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount that would depend on the amount which we would be able to recover from the hoteliers we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, transportation and missed meals etc. we will not bear any responsibility to refund.



  • Refund process may take 2 - 4 weeks due to banking procedures. If the refund is made through Bank transfer or other mode, the bank charges / outward remittance charges would be deducted from the refund amount. We prefer to refund money in same account or credit card from where we receive it after deducting money transfer charges.




 

LIMITATIONS:



  • MyTripMyTravel shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programme or expenses incurred - directly or indirectly -due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipments, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents.



  • MyTripMyTravel shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting - directly or indirectly - from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.
