Day 1 : Arrival in New Delhi Indra Gandhi Airport
Delhi is the capital of the world’s largest democracy, India. Known as Indraprastha in ancient times. Delhi is a true metropolitan city with diversified and rich culture. Delhi exists in two forms, the Old and the New Delhi that show the great amalgamation of modernity and traditions in a remarkable manner. Delhi has glorious history. It was known by the name of Indraprastha and has been traditionally credited with being the capital of the Pandavas. Delhi had been ruled by various dynasties like the Mughals, Khilji and Tuglaks. Prithviraj Chauhan the last Hindu Emperor played a major role in shaping the history of Delhi. After this great ruler, the control of Delhi went into the hand of Qutub-ud-din-Aibak of Turkish who built the famous monument named Qutub Minar.

Day 2 : Agra City Tour
The former capital of Hindustan, is a city on the banks of the river Yamuna in the northern state of Uttar Pradesh, India. Day 4 : Varanasi-Sarnath
After breakfast at hotel excursion to visit Sarnath - After the Buddha attained enlightenment in Bodh Gaya, he came to Sarnath. Here in the Deer Park, he delivered his first sermon or set in motion the Wheel of Law (Maha Dharmachakra Pravartan.) Later return back to Varanasi. Evening see AARTI at river Ghat. Overnight at hotel
Early morning enjoy boat ride to watch the sunrise over the Ganges when hundreds of people are worshiping & taking bath. After that visit Sarnath Temples. Later return back to hotel.
Day 5 : Sarnath (Varanasi) - Khajuraho

Day 9 : Chennai to Vellore
Vellore is a city and the administrative headquarters of Vellore District in the South Indian state of Tamil Nadu. Located on the banks of Palar River in the north-eastern part of Tamil Nadu and has been ruled, at different times, by the Pallavas, Medieval Cholas, Later Cholas, Vijayanagar Empire, Rashtrakutas, Carnatic kingdom, and the British.

Important Notes:
All passengers are supposed to report at the International airport at least 3 hours before the schedule time of International flight and 2 hours before the schedule time of domestic flight.
Check-in / check-out times in INDIA for hotel is 1200 Hrs. Early check in and late check out is subject to availability of room.
After finalization of the tour/service cost, if there are any hikes in entrance fees of monuments/museums, taxes, fuel cost, Air/Train fare or guide charges by the Govt of India, the same would be charged as extra.
Payment Terms & Conditions:
A) As per our company policy, tour can be confirm on the basis of advance payment only and to initiate the flight / train / transport / room reservations we need 20% advance payment of total tour cost + Flight fares and rest of balance payment you can pay:
(1) In case or bank transfer 1 month before arrival in India
We will provide you the on-line receipt of the payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
1- In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing well in advance.
2- Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and would be as follows:
(a) 40 days prior to arrival - 25% of the advance deposited.
(b) 30 days prior to arrival - 25% of the total tour cost
(c) 15 days prior to arrival - 40% of the total tour cost
(d) 10 days prior to arrival - 50 % of the total tour cost
(e) 72 hours prior to arrival - 75% of the total tour cost
(f) Less than 72 hours or no show - NO REFUND.
3- In case of special train journey, special airfare journey and peak season hotel bookings a separate cancellation policy is applicable which would be advised as and when required.
Refund:
In regard to refund of unused / unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance) the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us.
In case you cancel the trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount that would depend on the amount which we would be able to recover from the hoteliers we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, transportation and missed meals etc. we will not bear any responsibility to refund.
Refund process may take 2 - 4 weeks due to banking procedures. If the refund is made through Bank transfer or other mode, the bank charges / outward remittance charges would be deducted from the refund amount. We prefer to refund money in same account or credit card from where we receive it after deducting money transfer charges.
LIMITATIONS:
MyTripMyTravel shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programme or expenses incurred - directly or indirectly -due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipments, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents.
MyTripMyTravel shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting - directly or indirectly - from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.
