Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival

  Given tour package covers tourist destinations surrounded by tourist circuit of Madhya Pradesh tourism, Indore is the best place to launch it. Indore is well connected through flights and trains so it is best place to launch the tour. As it is a pilgrimage tour, so avoid carrying leather items with you as many temples often restricts carrying such items. Similarly do photography where it is allowed and prefer wearing sandals over shoes as often you have to remove them before entering into temples. On arrival at Indore, drive to Mandu (90kms/01:00hrs).
  Overnight at hotel in Mandu.
• Day 2 : Mandu

  On this day we will do full-day sightseeing of Mandu monuments. It is also known as "City of Joy". Here you can visit to number of monuments in well preserved condition which includes forts, palaces, water reservoir, gardens, mosque, cenotaphs, temples etc. Mandu is located in picturesque location and counted in photogenic destination.

• Day 3 : Maheshwar

  Begin the day with early morning drive to Maheshwar (70kms/02:00hrs). It is located on the bank of Narmada river and had served as capital of Holkar dynasty who has deep impact in history of this Malwa region. Throughout the tour you will come across the monuments build during Holkar reign. Do full day sightseeing in which visit to Ahilya fort and riverside temples. In addition to this, do boatride in Narmada river.
  Overnight at hotel in Maheshwar.
• Day 4 : Ujjain

  On this day, take morning drive to Omkareshwar (90kms/02:00hrs) we will visit temples of Omkareshwar. It is popular for having Jyotirlinga temple known as Mamaleshwar temple which is dedicated to Lord Shiva. This temple is also referred as Amareshwar temple. It is located on other side of river for which we have to cross through bridge called Mamaleshwar Setu. After this, also visit Varhdheshwar temple which is another beautifully carved temple and piece of art. Their are many other new & old temples like Gouri Somnath temple, Annapurna temple etc. You can also do boating at ghats like Abhay Ghat, Nagar Ghat etc. Later in evening drive to Ujjain (160kms/04:00hrs).
  Overnight at hotel in Ujjain.
• Day 5 : Departure

  In this day, pay morning visit to Mahakaleshwar Temple. It is a Jyotirlinga temple and a must visit temple in Ujjain. After this, as per time in hand, visit other temples & ashrams like Gopal Mandir, Harsiddhi Mandir, Sandipani Ashram, Bade GaneshJi, Chousat Yogini etc. Later we will proceed to airport / railway station for departure.
