• Hotel rooms are subject to availability.


• The rates are net to you & based on the best available ROE prices available at the time of costing and are subject to availability at the time of booking. Final rates will be quoted on confirmation of services.


• Rate based on 2 Adults travelling together.


• Rates are only valid only till 30 Sep 2015.


• Rates are not valid during any conventions or trade event.


• 3.5% GST will be extra on total payable


• If your dates of stay coincide with any event / exhibition then a high season surcharge will be applicable.


• Normal check-in time at hotels is 1400hrs and check-out time is between 1000hrs and 1200hrs.


• We are not holding any reservations at the moment nor have we checked the availability. All services are subject to availability and confirmation when the booking is requested.


• Once reservations are confirmed and you amend / cancel the same then a cancellation charge will be applicable.


• Requests like – early check-in / late check out, interconnecting / adjoining, smoking / non smoking will all be on request and cannot be guaranteed in advance.
