Day wise Itinerary

  • Day 1 : Arrival Tokyo

    Arrive in Japan – The Land of Rising Sun. Upon arrival at Narita/Haneda Airport, receive the warm welcome. Transfer to the hotel by seat in coach. 15:00 Check in to Hotel. Day free at Leisure. Dinner at your own. Overnight in Tokyo.

    Tokyo-Tokyo is one of the 47 prefectures of Japan. Tokyo is the capital of Japan, the center of the Greater Tokyo Area, and the most populous metropolitan area in the world. It is the seat of the Japanese government and the Imperial Palace, and the home of the Japanese Imperial Family. Tokyo is in the Kantō region on the southeastern side of the main island Honshu and includes the Izu Islands and Ogasawara Islands. Tokyo Metropolis was formed in 1943 from the merger of the former Tokyo Prefecture and the city of Tokyo.

  • Day 2 : Half day Tokyo City Tour with late evening Helicopter Cruising

    Breakfast at Hotel. After breakfast proceed for Tokyo half day city tour, this tour (07:30 – 08:30) gather at designated locations and board the bus bound for Hamamatsucho Bus Terminal. 08:50 The tour proceed from Hamamatsucho Bus Terminal, Visit -Tokyo Tower (Climb to the main observatory 150m (476ft) high for a panoramic view from Japan's second tallest structure), Proceed to Imperial Palace Plaza, Asakusa Kannon & Shopping at Nakamise, Akihabara via Ueno(drive-by). Tour ends at Hamamatsu Cho Terminal 12:50. Enjoy your day on your own. 19:00 Late evening get ready for Helicopter cruising, head to Urayasu Heliport by private vehicle. Enjoy the spot- Tokyo Tower, Sky tree, the Ferris wheel at Odaiba, and the Rainbow Bridge all lit up in beautiful colors for 15 minutes. After helicopter cruising vehicle will drop you at hotel. Overnight stay at hotel in Tokyo.

    The Tokyo Tower-With 333 meters, Tokyo Tower is 13 meters taller than its model, the Eiffel Tower of Paris, and the world's tallest self-supporting steel tower. It was completed in the year 1958 as a symbol for Japan's rebirth as a major economic power, and serves as a television and radio broadcast antenna and tourist attraction.
    Imperial Palace Plaza - The current Imperial Palace is located on the former site of Edo Castle, a large park area surrounded by moats and massive stone walls in the center of Tokyo, a short walk from Tokyo Station. It is the residence of Japan's Imperial Family. We will have access to East Garden Only.

    Asakusa Sight Seeing - Asakusa is the center of Tokyo's shitamachi (literally "low city"), one of Tokyo's districts, where an atmosphere of the Tokyo of past decades survives. Asakusa's main attraction is Sensoji, a very popular Buddhist temple.

    Nakamise Shopping Street- TheNakamise shopping street stretches over approximately 250 meters from Kaminarimon to the main grounds of Sensoji Temple. It is lined by more than 50 shops, which offer local specialties and the usual array of tourist souvenirs.

    Akihabara (Drive by)- Akihabara is a shopping district for video games, anime, manga, and computer goods. Icons from popular anime and manga are displayed prominently on the shops in the area, and numerous maid cafés are found throughout the district.

    Helicopter Cruising -
    Tokyo has one of the most beautiful night views in the world, with many landmarks that you will find during your flight. Spot the Tokyo Tower, Sky tree, the Ferris wheel at Odaiba, and the Rainbow Bridge all lit up in beautiful colors.  This ride is completely private, and is perfect for romantic dates. Take your precious partner for a flight, and it will be the most memorable moment during your stay in Tokyo.

  • Day 3 : Tokyo – Tea Ceremony/Dinner on Cruise

    Breakfast at hotel. After Breakfast, proceed to Tea Ceremony experience. 08:50-09:00 Head to Tokyo City I on the 1st Basement floor of the Kitte Building, outside Tokyo Station Marunouchi South Exit. Upon arrival 9:30 enjoy tea ceremony experience at koomon tea house for 90 min. 11:00 transfer to your hotel by own. Relax your day in hotel & shopping. Late evening get ready for Atakemaru Cruise for 120 min with unlimited food & drink. 19:15-19:45 check in at Hinode Pier boarding deck/start boarding. 19:45-21:15 Enjoy Tokyo bay cruise on a Japanese-style ship with Japanese meals, Alcoholic drinks, performance in tradition garment & View of Tokyo bay including Tokyo Tower & Rainbow Bridge. 21:15 cruise ends at Hinode pier. Back to the hotel on your own & overnight stay at Tokyo.

    Japanese Tea Ceremony - The Japanese tea ceremony is called Chanoyu, Sado or simply Ocha in Japanese. It is a choreographic ritual of preparing and serving Japanese green tea, called Matcha, together with traditional Japanese sweets to balance with the bitter taste of the tea. Preparing tea in this ceremony means pouring all one's attention into the predefined movements. The whole process is not about drinking tea, but is about aesthetics, preparing a bowl of tea from one's heart. The host of the ceremony always considers the guests with every movement and gesture. Even the placement of the tea utensils is considered from the guests view point (angle), especially the main guests called the Shokyaku.

    Tokyo Night Cruise-Clap your hands, raise your glass and enjoy 90 minutes of partying and majestic night views from a vividly colored Japanese-style ship on this Tokyo Bay cruise!  Enjoy views of Tokyo Bay including the iconic Tokyo Tower and Rainbow Bridge. 

  • Day 4 : Mt. Fuji Hakone (Disband at Odawara Station)

    Breakfast at hotel. After Breakfast check out and proceed for Mt. Fuji & Hakone, 07:30-08:30 Gather at designated hotels in Tokyo. 9:00 Depart from Hamamatsu Cho Bus Terminal & Head to Mt Fuji by Bus. Upon arrival to Mt. Fuji (Subject to WeatherConditions) start with Fuji Visitor Center, Mt. Fuji 5th Station, and Lake Ashi Cruise.(Lunch – Enjoy Japanese Style (Veg/Non-veg). After lunch enjoy Mt. Komagatake Ropeway. Depart Hakone (Depart from Hakone to Odawara by bus and 17:00-19:30 Tour disband at Odawara Station). Head to Kyoto by Shinkansen. Check in to hotel & dinner at your Own. Overnight at Hotel in Kyoto.

    Hakone- Hakone is part of Shizouka Prefecture, less than 100 kilometers from Tokyo. Famous for hot springs, outdoor activities, natural beauty and the view of nearby Mt. Fuji, Hakone is one of the most popular destinations among Japanese and international tourists looking for a break from Tokyo.

    Mt. Fuji 5th Station- Mount Fuji (Fujisan) is with 3776 meters Japan's highest mountain. It is not surprising that the nearly perfectly shaped volcano has been worshipped as a sacred mountain and experienced big popularity among artists and common people.

    Lake Ashi Cruise- Lake Ashi or Hakone Lake, is a scenic lake in the Hakone area of Kanagawa Prefecture in Japan. It is a crater lake that lies along the southwest wall of the caldera of Mount Hakone, a complex volcano. The lake is known for its views of Mt. Fuji and its numerous hot springs. A number of pleasure boats and ferries traverse the lake, providing scenic views for tourists and passengers.

    Mt. Komagatake Ropeway- The Central Alps Komagatake Ropeway, which opened in 1967 as Japan’ s first mountain ropeway line, runs up to the Senjojiki Cirque directly below Mt. Hokendake. Chuo Alps Kanko celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2013. From the top of Mt. Komagatake (elevation: 2956 m, 9698 f t.), the main peak of the Central Alps, you have access to exquisite views of not only Mt. Fuji but also of the Southern Alps, Mt. Ontake, Mt. Norikura, and the Northern Alps. The area is also famous for being home to a treasure trove of different rare alpine flowers and other alpine plants. Take a ride on the Central Alps Komagatake Ropeway and enjoy experiencing one of the greatest expanses of natural scenery in Japan.

    Shinkansen – Japan's main islands of Honshu, Kyushu and Hokkaido are served by a network of high speed train lines that connect Tokyo with most of the country's major cities. Japan's high speed trains (bullet trains) are called shinkansen and are operated by Japan Railways (JR).Running at speeds of up to 320 km/h, the shinkansen is known for punctuality (most trains depart on time to the second), comfort (relatively silent cars with spacious, always forward facing seats), safety (no fatal accidents in its history) and efficiency. Thanks to the Japan Rail Pass, the shinkansen can also be a very cost effective means of travel.

  • Day 5 : Kimono Wearing & Kyoto Night Tour

    Breakfast at hotel. 10:00 Head to Saganokan Shijo Main Store. Upon arrival select kimono & get dressed for 30min, Commemorative Photo Shoot (30min), 11:30 Sightseeing in Kimono & back to Saganokan Shijo Store at 15:00. Lunch your own. In evening get ready for Kyoto Night Tour. 17:00 – 17:30 Depart from hotels in Kyoto. Visit Gion Corner, Gion Historical Preservation District, Tea Ceremony and Dinner at Yoshi-ima Ryokan  (70 min), Back to the hotel & overnight stay at Kyoto.

    Kyoto-Formerly known as Meaco, is a city located in the central part of the island of Honshu, Japan. It has a population close to 1.5 million. Formerly the imperial capital of Japan for more than one thousand years, it is now the capital city of Kyoto Prefecture located in the Kansai region, as well as a major part of the Kyoto-Osaka-Kobe metropolitan area. One historical nickname for the city is the City of Ten Thousand Shrines.

    Kimono - The kimono (着物?, きもの)[1] is a Japanese traditional garment. The word "kimono", which actually means a "thing to wear" (ki "wear" and mono "thing"),[2] has come to denote these full-length robes. The kimono is always used in important festival or formal moments, it is the representative of polite and a very formal clothing.

    Gion Corner-Gion Corner is a place where you can take in seven kinds of performing arts, most notably kyo-mai dance performed by maiko dancers. Here you can see Japan's traditional performing arts in 'digest' form all on one stage. Located in Yasaka Hall next to the Gion Kobu Kaburenjo Theatre, the spot has a very international flavor, as it is popular with Japanese and foreign tourists.
    Gion Historical Preservation District
    Take a stroll around the Gion Historical Preservation District while heading to the Yoshi-ima Ryokan from Gion Corner. Enjoy exploring the narrow streets with many old ochayas (Japanese-style teahouse providing meals and performances of maiko girls and geiko women).

    Yoshi Ima Inn - "Yoshi-Ima" is one of the traditional Japanese style Inn (government registered international tourist hotels) located in a very central part of the city of Kyoto.  This place has a history started from 1747 and now exists as a Japanese style inn. It is a fine artistic wooden structure and facing the historical preserved district in “Gion” area where many of them were high-ranked teahouses in former days. 

  • Day 6 : Day Kyoto & Nara Tour

    Breakfast at hotel. After breakfast leave for full day excursion to Kyoto & Nara. 08:15 Depart from Kyoto Station Hachijo Exit by bus. Visit Kinkaku-Ji Temple, Nijo Castle, Enjoy – Japanese Style (Veg/Non-Veg). After lunch proceed for Nara by bus, Visit – Todaiji temple, Nara deer Park, Kasuga Taisha Shrine & Nara Nagomikan. 18:30 – 19:30 Return to Kyoto station, head to hotel on your own. Dinner at your own. Overnight at Hotel in Kyoto

    Nijo Castle- A UNESCO World Heritage Site. Tour the historical castle completed in 1626, which was built to provide lodging for Tokugawa Shogun and as a palladium for Kyoto Imperial Palace.

    Kinkaku-ji Temple - World Heritage Site, also known as the Golden Pavilion. The wooden architecture is covered in thin layers of pure gold and is surrounded by a beautiful lake.

    Kyoto Imperial Palace- Rich in tradition, Kyoto Imperial Palace preserves the look and ambiance of the Palace as it had been in the time of Japan's ancient imperial dynasties. The current Palace was rebuilt in 1855 and comprises several structures--including the Shisinden, the Seiryoden, the Kogosyo, the Ogakumonjyo, and the Otsunegoten--that reflect the architectural styles of various periods.

    Kitano Tenmangu Shrine- This shrine's main hall is a designated national treasure and is famous for housing the God of scholarship. The shrine is especially great to see during the plum blossom and autumn leaf seasons.

    Nara Park &Todai-ji Temple- This is the symbol of the Nara Period and one of the world's largest wooden structures. Its huge main hall and bronze Great Buddha are impressive to behold.

    KasugaTaisha Shrine- This Nara Period shrine is designated as a World Heritage Site. The deer of Nara Park are thought to be the shrine messengers.

    Nara Nagomikan- The largest souvenir shop in Nara. Enjoy yourself in this spacious shop and look for the perfect souvenir.

  • Day 7 : Kyoto Departure

    Breakfast at hotel. Check out 10:00 hrs. Transfer to Kansai airport on seat in coach basis, board International Flight. Bring Sweet Memories Home.
