Day wise Itinerary

  • Day 1 : Departing to South Korea and Japan

    Welcome to our South Korea and Japan Tour! Today you will be departing from USA to visit 2 beautiful countries which are rich in
    culture and heritage.

  • Day 2 : Arrival in Seoul

    Upon flight to Incheon Airport in Seoul, you are met by our representative and transferred to your Hotel. The rest of the day is at
    your leisure.

  • Day 3 : Seoul

    Morning city tour of Seoul provides a facinating insight into ancient and modern Seoul. The tour includes Passing by the Blue
    House (Presidential residence), visiting Gyeongbok Palace (built in 1395 by the first King of the Joseon Kingdom), Folklore
    Museum and Jogyesa Temple.

  • Day 4 : Seoul - Korean Folk Village OR DMZ Tour (Optional)

    After breakfast your guide will meet you in the hotel lobby for your tour to a traditional Korean folk village. The Korean Folk Village
    is a living museum where you can enjoy live performances where highlights the traditional customs and culture of 19th century
    Chosun Dynasty Korea. The hand crafted reconstructed village provides an unique glimse into the diverse architectural structures
    of the wealthy aristocrats and the humble dwelling of the farmers.

  • Day 5 : Seoul - Tokyo

    Our Driver will meet you at the hotel and transfer you to Incheon airport for your departure flight to Tokyo, Japan. Tokyo is a
    dynamically modern metropolis that nearly 12 million people call home. Exciting stimulating and safe, Tokyo offers a treasure trove
    of ever-unfolding surprises and discoveries that beguile the resident and visitor alike. Covering more than 800 square miles (2,000
    square kilometers), it is an enormous, fascinating entity unto itself. Arrive at Narita Airport in Tokyo, you are met by your tour
    assistant and transferred to your hotel. The rest day is at your leisure.

  • Day 6 : Tokyo

    Morning City tour of Tokyo visiting a number of the main highlights of this magnificent City. The tour includes a visit to the Tokyo
    Tower where you can enjoy panorama views across the city from the observation tower. We proceed to the peaceful picturesque
    setting of the Meiji Shrine considered to be one of the finest example of Shinto Architecture set in thick woodland. Next we visit the
    'Akasaka Guest House'for a photo opportunity. The Guest House is a magnificent 'Western Style Palace' built in the Baroque
    Architectural style. We then drive alongside the imposing National Diet Building, which is home to the Japanese House of
    Parliament. Our tour continues across Tokyo to the Imperial Palace East Garden, where we enjoy a pleasant walk in the East
    Garden of the Imperial Palace, which is filled with scenic and historic beauty. (Alternatively for tours on Monday & Friday we will
    visit the Imperial Palace plaza and famous Double bridge instead of the East Garden, including a visit to the inner moat and
    towering Palace walls surrounded by pine trees). Our tour will continue with a drive and stroll along Ginza high street, the famous
    shopping area of Tokyo. Our tour will disband at Ginza giving you the opportunity for shopping (we also recommend you visit the
    Sony Centre building to see the futuristic electronics on display. Ginza is also convenient for the subway to explore further.
    Afternoon – We proceed for 30 minuteSumida river cruise to the famous Asakusa Kannon Temple, and then visit Ueno
    amusement & shopping district & Akihabara shopping district famous for selling all kinds of electronic products where bargaining
    is expected.

  • Day 7 : Tokyo - Nikko Tour

    After breakfast we proceed for full day tour excursion to Nikko . The tour involves taking a Deluxe motorcoach to Nikko National
    park, a designated World Cultural Heritage site and home to some of the most spectacular examples of ancient 17th-century
    Architecture in Japan. The tour includes a visit to the magnificent Toshogu shrine, which houses the Mausoleum of the founder
    of the Tokugawa Shogunate. We will see the Five-Story Pagoda, Niomon Gate, Three Monkeys, Yomeimon Gate and Main Sacred
    Hall. We then travel along the scenic Irohazaka hairpin driveway for Japanese style lunch at a local restaurant. After lunch we
    travel to the spectacular Kegon waterfall which is 100 meters in height. We continue our tour with a scenic drive alongside Lake
    Chuzenji (reported to be 161.5 meters deep) and MT Nantai.

  • Day 8 : Tokyo - Mount Fuji - Hakone - Kyoto

    After breakfast we go by deluxe motorcoach on Mount Fuji. Along the way you will enjoy scenery of rural Japan, panoramic views
    of thePacific Ocean and mountainous peaks. From our vantage point on the 5th station on MT Fuji, we will enjoy spectacular views
    (weather permitting). Lunch will be provided at a Hotel/Restaurant in Hakone. In the afternoon we proceed to the Hakone National
    Park where we will take a cable car ride with the opportunity to see the magnificent volcanic Hakone mountain range below. We
    will then travel to the Owakudani Boiling Valley where you will see ancient volcanic craters with sulfurous fumes and clouds of
    steam spiraling from crevasses across the mountain side giving a truly mystical image. We then proceed with our tour for a boat
    cruise on Lake Ashi, which is set in serene natural beauty, where weather permitting spectacular views of Mount Fuji can be seen
    silhouetted in the lake. Proceed to Odawara and take the Shinkansen (Bullet train) to Kyoto.

  • Day 9 : Kyoto

    After breakfast we go to Kyoto including a visit to the Kinkakuji temple (Golden Pavilion) centred around one of the best examples
    of a Japanese Zen gardens in the world, Nijo Castle residence of the Tokugawa Shogun built in 1603, Nijo Castle is noted for its
    Ornate interior and 'nightingale floor' designed to sing when stepped upon to warn of Ninja assassins. (When closed visit Ryoanji
    temple). We then travel to the Old Kyoto Imperial Palace (on Sat/Sun & national holidays visit Kitano Tenmangu Shrine or
    Hagashi Honganji temple instead). Finally we explore the Kyoto Handicraft Center where we enjoy demonstrations of Japanese
    traditional arts and crafts. Tour ends at the handcraft centre who provide an optional free return to your hotel in Kyoto or take
    optional tour to Nara (enquire at time of booking to include this tour in your itinerary). The afternoon tour included lunch at the Kyoto
    handicraft centre, visit to the Todaiji temple housing the Great Buddha, Kasuga Shinto Shrinewith 3,000 lanterns and Nara Deer
    Park.

  • Day 10 : Kyoto

    After breakfast we go for tour to the colourful Heian Shrine and inner garden and ponds,Sanjusangendo Hall, a renowned long
    wooden hall housing all of 1,001 statues that date back to the 13th century and magnificent Kiyomizu Temple with spectacular
    views across the entire city.

  • Day 11 : Kyoto - Hiroshima

    After breakfast we go full day tour to Hiroshima. Visit the Peace Memorial Park, the Island of Miyajima and Torii Gate. The Abomb
    Dome stands in the northeast corner of Peace Park. The park is dotted with dozens of memorials and monuments. Each has
    a story to tell about the people who once lived here. In the center of the park lies the Cenotaph for the A-bomb Victims designed
    by TANGE Kenzo, the architectural designer of the park and museum. How he got involved in Hiroshima and how his design
    evolved is a fascinating story. Hiroshima Peace Center was his first major commission and is considered a masterpiece.

Other Terms & Conditions :


  • Terms & Conditions Surcharges apply for any trade fair/special event/weekend in any other event in city. We reserve the right to use alternative accommodation, sightseeing tours and transfer of equal or higher standers. No refunds either in part or full will be made for any unused services in above package like ground transportation, meals, accommodation, sightseeing tours. We are not responsible for any missed breakfast, lunch or dinner due to flight timings. No Intercity surface transfers are included unless specified in the package. We are not responsible for any baggage charges by any airlines for the clients. Payment for the tour must be made as per the invoice & payment terms and conditions. Changes to any part of the agreed itinerary cannot be made once partial and/or full payment has been made to 7M Tours. Tour will not start on a weekend unless previously arranged by 7M Tours. Booking Conditions Each traveler is required to fill out a Disclaimer Form, duly sign in and return along with a copy of the valid passport (Photo page for US Citizen).



Meals:


  • The location and menus are pre-set for the meals provided on the tour. We reserve the right to change the location and the menu under events which occur beyond our control.



Hotels:


  • We tend to select hotels which are more comfortable after a long day of sightseeing. All baggage and personal belongings are at all times and under all circumstances your responsibility. 7m Tours will not be responsible or liable in case of loss / breakage of such items from the hotel or transit all along the duration of tour. The company is not liable for any damages done to the room or the hotel during your stay there.



Transportation:


  • We use air-conditioned/air-cool luxury coaches for ground transportation. No seat numbers will be allocated and daily seat rotation will be done as to be fair to every traveller. The tour manager has the final authority for the seating arrangement/rotation in the coach.



Cancellation due to VISA rejection:


  • All clients travelling with 7M Tours must possess a valid visa, if applicable. However, kindly note that Visa issuance is entirely at the discretion of the concerned Consulate/Authorities to grant/reject visa even after submitting all relevant documents and the company will not be held responsible for the same. The company will not be responsible for non-issuance of the visa due any reason whatsoever.



Travel Insurance:


  • We highly recommend you purchase a comprehensive Travel insurance in order to protect your trip from any unforeseen cancellations, medical problems during the tour, trip cancellations etc. Disclaimer: We reserve the right to change any information or attractions before or after our booking the tour due to events beyond our control like bad weather, any natural calamity, or any accident. All rates and hotels are subject to change without any prior notice. Major road works may necessitate route change in the itineraries. Closure of Indian restaurants or change in the management may cause us to make changes in the itinerary. We will notify you in advance where we know about these changes beforehand, otherwise our tour managers or local representative will inform you of the changes during the tour. We cannot be responsible for any loss or damages, injury, sickness, accident, delay, discomfort, death, increased expenses, which is caused by the act or default of the company, and management or employees of any hoteliers, airlines, shipping company, coach owner/coach operator who are the company’s independent contractors residing outside our normal selection and inspection process. Any claim or complaint by the client must be notified to the company in writing with 7 days after the end of the tour.
