Package Overview

During the program you have a chance to drive deep into the untouched nature, meet Kyrgyz nomads, sleep and eat in a real nomadic yurt, visit Burana Tower Museum Complex, a UNESCO heritage site, visit village women cooperative and see two of the most beautiful and pristine lakes of the country – Kel Suu lake and Chatyr Kul lake.

Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 :

  A long driving day. At 7 a.m we pick you up from the place we agree beforehand in Bishkek city and drive to Naryn, where we have lunch (included).
  We can make several photo stops on the way like on the top of Dolon Pass to take pictures or just enjoy beautiful nature of Tian Shan Mountains.
  After lunch, we continue to the Kel Suu lake. The drive is only 150 km, but because of the bad road conditions, it can be a very long driving day. Drive from Naryn is for 4-5 hours until we reach the area of the lake. Walking in the lake area upon arrival.
  Accommodation in a tent camp. Dinner in the tent camp is included. Overnight.
• Day 2 :

  Early breakfast at 06:00 and departure from the camp at around 07:00. After drive in the direction of Torugart Pass, the border between China and Kyrgyzstan to visit another beautiful lake – Chatyr Kul, (aprx. 2-2,5 hours). We have to pass through the checkpoint and enter the border zone (necessary documents are provided).
  1 hours for lunch – lunch box (included), taking pictures enjoying the unspoiled nature.
  After all the border formalities driving inside the border zone and enjoying the views of the mountains and the lake.
  To get to Kara Koyun Gorge, where the mystique Tash Rabat Caravanserai is hidden takes another 2 hours. Upon arrival to the gorge 20-30 min excursion to the Caravanserai. Accommodation in a yurt camp late evening . Dinner in the camp is included. Overnight.
• Day 3 :

  Early breakfast. Stop for lunch in Kochkor village (included). We have lunch at a women cooperative of the village, where woman make the famous Kyrgyz carpets Shyrdaks, it is also an opportunity to do souvenirs shopping. 60 km before Bishkek stop at Tokmok to visit – Burana Historical Complex, UNESCO heritage site.
  Drive back to Bishkek after all the visits. The tour ends at 6-7 pm at the meeting point; you can be delivered to your hotel, or any place agreed in advance too.
  Dinner in Bishkek is not included.
