TARIFF
Bhutan has fixed tariff set by Government for Foreign tourist other than tourist from India, Bangladesh and Maldives. Bhutan Eden Holidays is the specialist in arranging all-inclusive tours and vacation trips in Bhutan for individuals, families, and groups. Bhutan Eden Holiday also arrange for client requested itineraries. Tariffs: For a group of 3 persons or more, the minimum daily tariff for the international tourist is fixed as follows:
High Season Tariff - US$ 250 per person per night halt (March, April, May, September, October & November)
Low Season Tariff - US$ 200 per person per night halt (January, February, June, July, August & December)
Surcharge: Surcharge for individual traveler is US$ 40 per night. Surcharge for groups of two persons is US$ 30 per person per night. The surcharge will not apply to representatives from Travel agents on business promotion visit approved by Tourism Council of Bhutan.
Discounts:
No charge for children unto 5 years of age. Children between 6-12 years accompanied by elders shall be given 50% discounts on daily rates.
Student below the age of 25 years will be eligible for 25% discount on daily rates.
One person shall be given 50% discount on daily rates in a group of 11 to 15 people.
One person shall be given 100% discount on daily rates in a group exceeding 16 people.
Tourists availing discount under {a} & {b} will not be eligible for discount.
Agency Commission is 10% on tour amount to principal agents’ abroad deductible at source. No agency commission on surcharges of 1 to 2 pax.

Day 1 : Arrival in Paro
The representative from Bhutan Eden Holiday will receive you at the airport and transfer to hotel at Paro. After refreshment and lunch, visit Ta dzong-the present National Museum. It was used as ancient watch tower and has been converted to museum in the year 1967.
Thereafter visit Paro Dzong which houses the District administrative Headquarter and the house of monastic body. The dzong is also known by the named Rimpung Dzong built by Shabdrung Ngawang Namgyal in 1646. Overnight halt in a hotel in Paro
Day 2 : Paro to Shana, {altitude 2850m, 17km, 5-6hrs}
Drive from Paro to Gunitshawa, and your trek starts from here and continue upwards, where there are good camping places in the meadows till you reach Shana. Overnight halt in camp in Shana
Day 3 : Shana to Thangthangka - {altitude 3750m, 15km, 4-5hrs}
The route follows Pa Chu bank, ascending and descending through pine and oak forests. We will find few farmhouses in this trail. The trail again continues through rhododendron forests to Thangthangka campsite. Overnight camp at Thangthangkha
Day 4 : Thangthangka - Jangothang [Jomolhari Base camp: altitude 4090m, 19km, 5-6 hrs]
The trek continues after passing a small army post. The trail follows the river and gradually climbs into a beautiful valley, a winter home of yak herders. Lunch will be served in one of the huts of the yak herders. Yaks could be seen all around. A short walk from here takes us to Jangothang campsite. You can enjoy the stunning view of Mt.Jomolhari and Jichu Drake.

Day 5 : Jangothang [Halt-Hike to Jomolhari Glacier or Jichu Drake Glacier or Climb Mountain standing Jomolha

Day 6 : Jangothang - Lingshi {altitude 4010m, 18km, 6-7hrs}
The route follows the stream for half an hour and crosses the bridge to the right. Start uphill climb towards first ridge enjoying amazing views of Jomolhari, Jichu Darke and Tserim gang. Then the trail takes you through the flat valley till we climb Nyele-la pass (4,700 m). Then trail gradually descends to the Lingshi campsite. You will enjoy the spectacular views of the peaks and Lingtse Dzong as we descend downward.

Day 7 : Lingshi to Shodu {altitude 4080m, 22km, 8-9 hours walk}
This day trek will lead you to Yeli-la pass (4,820m). You can have impressive views of Jomolhari, Gangchenta, Tserim gang and Masagang from this pass. Walk downwards along side of the stream till you reach Shodu campsite in the meadow with a chorten nearby.

Day 8 : Shodu - Barshong {altitude 3710m, 16km, 5-6 hours walk}
The route follows Thimphu River, descending through rhododendron, juniper and alpine forests. The view of the rocky cliffs and waterfalls are amazing. We will have lunch by the river side. Then follow the path ascending gradually to the ruins of Barshong dzong. Your overnight camp is nearby the dzong.

Day 9 : Barshong - Dolam kencho - Thimphu {altitude 3320 m, 23 km, 6-7 hours walk}
The trails descend through alpine forest and reach to the Thimphu River once again. You will then come to a pasture land. The route descends through forest of conifers and drops steeply to Thimphu. Then you will follow the path southwards to the road head point at Dodena. From this place, vehicle will pick up and drive to Thimphu.

Day 10 : Thimphu sightseeing
After breakfast, start sightseeing with Memorial Chorten, the monument built in memory of the Late His Majesty the third King, Jigme Dorji Wangchuck. Visit tallest Buddha statute of the world in Kuensel phordang. Next visit National Library which has the collection of ancient Buddhist manuscripts. Continue visit of art school; where students learn 13 traditional arts & crafts, which is famous for painting and curving. Visit Folk heritage museum and Traditional lunch at Folk heritage.
After lunch visit Changangkha monastery built in the 12th century. This monastery is known as Children’s monastery as the children born in Thimphu are considered to be protected by the guardian deity of the monastery. Then visit National institute of traditional medicine which manufacture indigenous medicine in traditional methods by using herbal plants. Continue visit of Motithang Zoo where you can see National animal of Bhutan-Takin. You can also visit Textile Museum with the traditional weaving. Finally visit Handcrafts Emporium and Crafts Bazaar where the rural arts and crafts are displayed for sales.
