Corbett National Park is the India 's first and finest park spread over 520 sq. kms. along the banks of the Ram ganga river in the foothills of the Himalayas, just 300 kms. northeast of Delhi .

113 Spices of trees, 50 species of shrubs and over 35 species of bamboo are found here. There are three distinct seasons in Corbett Park, Cold "Nov. to feb", Hot- "March to June", Rainy- "July to Oct". Over 50 mammal, 580bird and 25 reptile species have been listed in the Corbett. Also astounding is the insect life here. Corbett is a known haven for tigers, largely owing to the success of WWF funded project-tiger that was launched on 1st April 1973. Other animals which add to its attraction are : Leopard, Leopard cat, Jungle cat, Fishing cat, Himalayan black Bear, Dhole, Yellow-Throated Morten, Elephant, Porcupine, Chital, Barking deer etc. Some of the birds commonly seen here are osprey, crested serpent Eagle, Blackwinged kite, Shikra, Pallas's fishing eagle, spotted eagle, Minivets, shrikes, Babblers etc.

Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrive Delhi-Corbett

  Arrive Delhi Airport/ Railway Station and transfer to Vehicle. Proceed to Corbett National Park ( 300 kms. / 7 hrs. ). Arrive and proceed to your jungle resort. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight Stay.
• Day 2 : Corbett

  Early this morning enjoy a game drive in the park by jeep to view some of the most exotic wildlife. and flora and fauna. This afternoon proceed for yet another game viewing drive and try your luck to spot the tiger. Evening at leisure. Overnight Stay.
• Day 3 : Corbett-Nainital

  This morning you will be transferred to Nainital (116 kms. / 3 hrs.). which is amidst high ridges thickly clothed in forest of pines and deciduous trees. Upon arrival proceed to your hotel. This afternoon you will proceed for the sight seeing tour of Nainital- visit the Naini Peak and later enjoy an optional cable car ride or enjoy boating on the picturesque Naini lake. Overnight Stay.
• Day 4 : Nainital

  Today you will visit some of the most beautiful lakes of the region at the foothills of Himalayas famous for scenic beauty, Bhimtal and Naukuchiyatal. Later drive to Ramgarh and enjoy your delicious lunch in the backdrop of the Snow- Clad mountains. Rest of the day at leisure for shopping and individual activities. Overnight Stay.
• Day 5 : Depart Delhi

  Morning drive to Delhi (325 kms / 8 hrs. ). Arrive Delhi in the evening. Board Flight / Train for onward journey. Tour Concludes.
