Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrive Amman

  Meet and greet upon arrival at Queen Alia International Airport by our local representative who will take you to your hotel in Amman. The rest of day is free for you to relax and soak into this fascinating city, overnight at Hotel.

• Day 2 : Amman - Visit the world famous 'Dead Sea'

  After a buffet breakfast, get ready for a truly magnificent day. We drive to the Jordan Valley southeast of Amman to the world famous Dead Sea - one of the most spectacular natural and spiritual landscapes of the world, hiding wonderful treasures accumulated through thousands of years. It is the lowest body of water on earth, the lowest point on earth and the richest source of natural salts. After a light local lunch, you can spend the rest of the time enjoying the sea. Enjoy a swim, sunbath or mud bath at this wonder of the world. In the evening we drive back to the hotel in Amman. Overnight in Amman.

• Day 3 : Amman - Pella - Ajloun - Jerash

  After a buffet breakfast, we drive to the impressive Greco-Roman city of Jerash, one of the best preserved Roman cities in the entire world, with fortification walls, temples, baths, colonnaded streets, theatres, shops and sophisticated water works. We visit the South Gate and walk down the Roman Cardo - 'The Street of Columns' running 600 meters north from the Oval Plaza. Then we move through the pine-forest and reach the town of Ajloun. Here you will find the castle of Ajloon built in 1184 a fine example of medieval Islamic architecture. The Castle is a splendid sight with its fascinating towers and galleries.
  Later we proceed to Pella, one of the most ancient sites in Jordan. Magnificently set in a fold of the hills that rise from the Jordan Valley, Pella is a favorite of archaeologists, being exceptionally rich in antiquities. There is a spring here which runs into a small river and never runs dry. See the remains of a Chalcolithic settlement from the 4th BC, Bronze and Iron Age walled cities, Byzantine churches, a medieval mosque and the magnificent 1st century Odeon. Overnight in Amman.

• Day 4 : Amman - Madaba - Mt. Nibo - Petra

  After a buffet breakfast, Amman sight seeing - drive through the King's highway to Petra with stop to visit Madaba and Mt. Nibo , continue to Hotel in Petra for check in and over night.
  Later in the evening you could opt to enjoy The Petra kitchen - A delightful way to round out your Jordan travel experiences. Like any home kitchen, The Petra Kitchen is a relaxed, informal atmosphere where you'll gather to prepare an evening meal, working alongside local women under the supervisions of their chef. Each evening meal includes soup, cold and hot mezza and salads, and a main course- all typical Jordanian dishes. Overnight in Amman.

• Day 5 : Petra visit - Wadi Rum - Aqaba

  After a buffet breakfast, spend the day exploring the magnificently mysterious rock carved rose red city of Petra, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and now one of the new seven wonders of the world.
  Various walks and climbs reveal literally hundred of rock cut tombs, baths, funeral halls, temples, arched gateways, colonnaded streets and haunting rock drawings - as well as a 3000 seat open air amphitheatre, a gigantic first century monastery and a modern archaeological museum, all of which can be explored at leisure.
  See Petra's most famous monument, the Treasury, the setting for the film 'Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade'.
  Drive towards Wadi Rum, the most stunning desert escape in the world and one of Jordan's main tourist attractions. Wadi Rum is a classic picture of vast sandy desert with sandstone hills rising sheer out of the desert floor. start our journey taking a jeep safari tour in the vast, silent, timeless and starkly beautiful Wadi Rum. Visit the Lawrence Springs, Khazali Mount and Jabal Rum. You can also take a camel tour of this beautiful place on your own. Drive towards Aqaba , check in at hotel and overnight.

• Day 6 : Aqaba - Drive to Amman

  Breakfast. Free day for diving if the group has qualified divers, drive towards Hotel in Amman and over night.

• Day 7 : Amman / Free Day At Leisure

  After a buffet breakfast the day is free day at leisure to explore the city by your own / go to shop at the various shopping malls of the city. Shop to your hearts content at the various shopping malls of Sweifieh area, Jabal Al Hussein, Amman Mall, Abdoun Mall, and Mecca Mall. Shop for a dazzling variety of 24 karat gold jewels , Jordanian embroidery, handmade glass, Dead Sea bath salts & beauty aids?. etc. Return to the Hotel in Amman and overnight.

• Day 8 : Transfer from Hotel to Q. A. I. Airport

  After a buffet breakfast, check out of the hotel and drive back to the airport for flight back home. Hope you had a wonderful holiday.
