Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrive

  Time Description
  8:30 AM Pick up from hotel and transfer to starting point located at
  Kampung Lingkubang, Kota Belud
  9:45 AM Arrived Starting Point Kampung Lingkubang
  10:10 AM Start gearing up and guests’ are introduced to their Rafting
  Captain of the day who
  
  will brief them on safety techniques and procedures
  11:15 AM On the journey, will have a short stop to view the surrounding.
  12:00 PM Arrive ending point at Kampung Taginambur
  12:15 PM Freshen up and rest
  12:30 PM Lunch will be served.
  1:20 PM Transfer back to your respective Hotel
  2:10 PM Estimated time of arrival at hotel

Payment Terms & Methods :

1. Payment can be made by cash or bank transfer to our bank account stated in the invoice.

2. Balance of the payment can pay in cash upon arrival.

3. All payment slips should be faxed or emailed to us for reference.

Other Terms & Conditions :

1. Minimum 4 pax.

2. Booking have to make or confirm 24 hours before tour departure.

3. All booking is based on SIC (Sit In Coach) and subject to availability.

4. For safety reasons, island tours and activities are dependent on sea and weather conditions.

5. Upon confirmation of booking, a 50% deposit should pay to secure the booking.

6. Balance of the payment must be settled upon arrival and before tour commence.

7. We reserved the right to CANCEL the tour or any activities if we deem the tour environment is not safe. (Payment will be refund if the tour is canceled from our side.)

8. Additional charge is applicable if hotel is located on the outskirts of Kota Kinabalu. One way transfer surcharge for Tuaran district: 15MYR/pax (1-3 guests); 10MYR/pax (4 guests or more)； One way transfer surcharge for Kinarut district: 30MYR/pax. Please pay directly to driver.

9. Travelers with the following conditions are not recommended for participation: hypertension, heart disease, acrophobia, asthma, epilepsy and pregnancy.

10. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, making it impossible or inadvisable to proceed with the tour(s) /to raft due to road, train, river, weather or other natural shortcomings; We reserve the right to cancel, change or reschedule the trip.

11. There is two departure time for this product. (Morning start at 0830 and afternoon start at 1330)
