Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrive at Srinagar

  Today arrival at Srinagar airport & meet with our representative/driver waiting for you and you will be transferred to Hotel. Today visit of Mughal Gardens visiting Nishat Bagh (Abode of pleasure) built by Asif Khan brother in law of Jahangir in 1632 A.D. and Shalimar Bagh (Abode of love) built by Jahangir for his wife Empress Noor Jahan. All the gardens are situated on the bank of Dal Lake with the Zabarwan Mountainsin the background. Evening enjoy Shikara Ride in Dal Lake. Overnight stay in hotel at Srinagar.

• Day 2 : Srinagar- Gulmarg (60kms/ 2 hrs approx )

  Today after breakfast, drive to Gulmarg (Meadow of Flowers) 2730 mts. above sea level. The distance of 60 kms will be covered in about 2 hrs. Gulmarg has one of the best Ski slopes in the world and highest golf course of the world with 18 holes. One can also have the view of Nanga Parbhat if weather permits. The view enroute from Tangmarg to Gulmarg is fascinating. One can also have a short trek upto Khilangmarg which can be covered in about 3 to 4 hrs. Chair Lifts Gondola Head here for the world’s highest gondola ski lift and eye-popping views, mountain ride are also available. After that you will transfer to Srinagar. Overnight stay in hotel at Srinagar.

• Day 3 : Srinagar- Kargil via Sonmarg (202kms/ 08 hrs approx )

  Today after breakfast proceed towards Kargil, visiting Sonmarg (Known As Meadow of Gold), Drass Village (2 Coldest Inhabitated place in the World), Enroute have a magnificent view of Kargil war Famous Peaks (Tiger, Tololing) and Kargil War Memorial, reach Kargil by evening. Dinner & overnight at Kargil.

  Today after breakfast visiting the monastery of Mulbekh .Visit Indus Confluence, Magentic Hill & Gurdwara Patthar Sahib before reaching leh .After that start your journey towards Leh. On arrival at leh check-in into hotel. Rest of the evening is free for the leisure. Dinner and overnight stay at Hotel at leh.

• Day 5 : Leh Local Sight Seeing (09 April)

  Today morning after breakfast, have sightseeing of Shanti-Stupa(Shanti Stupa is situated at a height of 4267 meters overlooking the Leh city, it gives a panaoromic view of surrounding snow capped mountains ), Leh Palace, Stok Palace & Museum (The Leh Palace has nine stories which are in ruins now. Though it has been maintained now, it is uninhabited. The majestic palace overlooks the Namgyalhill and is nestled amidst breath taking locales of the Himalayas.), Spituk Monastery & Kaali Mata Mandir. Evening visit local market. Some of the best buys include Buddhist masks, prayer wheels, Thangka paintings and woolen items like Pashmina shawls, gloves, sweaters and more.

• Day 6 : Leh- Nubra via Khardung La Top (116kms/ 03 hrs approx)

  Today after breakfast drive to NubraValley. The road journey from Leh to NubraValleypasses over KhardungLa (The Highest Motorable road in the world) AT 5,602 M / 18,390 FT, around 39 km from Leh. From the pass, one can see all the way south over the Indus valley to seemingly endless peaks and ridges of the Zanskar range, and north to the giants of the Saser massif.  Nubra Valley is popularly known as Ldumra or the valley of flowers. It is situated in the north of Ladakh between the Karakoram and Ladakh ranges of the Himalayas. The average altitude of the valley is 10,000 Ft. above sea level. Upon arrival in Nubra check into Camp.In the evening, walk around the tiny villages to see how the locals live in this part of the world.Dinner and overnight stay at the Camp in Nubra.

• Day 7 : Nubra- Leh via Diskit Excursion (116kms/ 03 hrsapprox )

  Today after breakfast drive to Diskit. Diskit is famous for 515 years old Buddhist Monastery, lying magnificently situated on a hilltop, facing the entire Valley. Later drive back to Leh in the late afternoon via Khardungla Top. On arrival at Leh check in Hotel. In the afternoon you can rest and relax. In the evening you can stroll around the market place for some last minute souvenir shopping. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Leh.

  Today after breakfast drive to Pangong Lake visiting, Shey Palace complex are structures located on a hillock in Shey, 15 kilometers to the south of Leh in Ladakh. Shey was the summer capital of Ladakh in the past.& Thiksey monastery. Arrive at Pangong in camp & leisure at Pangong Lake. Pangong Lake, situated at 14,000 feet, is bisected by the international border between India and China.Later come back to Leh via Hemis Monestary. Dinner and overnight stay at the Hotel at Leh..
