Day 1 : ARRIVE SRINAGAR
Arrival Srinagar Airport. Upon arrival you will met by our representative and transfer to Hotel for Check in. Srinagar is located in the heart of the Kashmir valley at an altitude of 1585 m (5200 feet) above sea level, spread on both sides of the river Jhelum. The Dal and Nagin lakes enhance its picturesque setting, while the changing play of the seasons and the salubrious climate ensures that the city is equally attractive to visitors around the year. Later visit Mughal Gardens visiting Nishat Bagh, Shalimar Bagh, ChashmeShahi & PariMahal. Evening you can go for Shikara Ride. Overnight at hotel in Srinagar.
Day 2 : SRINAGAR TO SONAMARG
After an early breakfast you will be driven to Sonamarg. Situated at an altitude of 2730 m. Sonamarg - 84 Kms is also called as “The meadow of Gold” has, as its backdrop, snowy mountains against a cerulean sky. The Sindh River that meanders through the valley abounds with trout and Mahseer. Ponies can be hired for the trip up to Thajiwas Glacier, which is a major local attraction during the summer months. Return back to Srinagar. Overnight at hotel in Srinagar.
Day 3 : SRINAGAR TO PAHALGAM
Post Breakfast we proceed to Pahalgam, also called as “Valley of Shepherds” situated at the confluence of the streams flowing from Sheshnag Lake and the Lidder River, Pahalgam (2,130 m) was once a humble shepherd's Village with breathtaking views. Now it is Kashmir's premier resort, cool even during the height of summer when the maximum temperature does not exceed 25C. Take a leisurely stroll or pony rides across these beautiful pinewoods to a place known here among tourists as Mini-Switzerland(Baisaran) or you can proceed for sightseeing of Pahalgam visiting Betaab valley, Chandanwari and Aru valley. Overnight at hotel in Srinagar.
Day 4 : SRINAGAR TO GULMARG
After breakfast you will be driven to Gulmarg. With the setting up of the Gondola Cable Car, Gulmarg has become the highest lift-served ski resort in the world providing a downhill ski run of 5.2 km from a height of 14,000 ft in the Apharwat range. It is also the longest gondola served ski-lift in Asia. Take a fun-filled Gondola Ride. Later you will be driven back to Srinagar. Rest of the day at leisure or go for shopping. Overnight at houseboat in Srinagar.
Day 5 : DEPART SRINAGAR (FLY OUT) – ARRIVE DELHI – AGRA
Early morning visit float market in Dal Lake. After returning from floating market will serve you breakfast. Later you will be driven to Srinagar Airport to catch your flight for Delhi.Arrival Delhi Airport. Upon arrival you will met by our representative and you will be driven to Agra. Overnight at hotel in Agra.
Day 6 : AGRA - JAIPUR VIA FATEHPURSIKRI
After breakfast visit Taj Mahal (Closed on Friday) - world's greatest monument to love. Emperor Shah Jahan built this pristine white marble mausoleum in memory of his wife, Mumtaz Mahal. It is one of the Seven Wonders of the World.If time permits you will visit Agra Fort, built by the Mughal dynasty's greatest Emperor, Akbar, in 1565. A number of the fort’s beautiful palaces, mosques and gardens were built by his successors in later years. Pearl Mosque, it shined like a pearl. It is held that this mosque was constructed by Shah Jahan for his members of royal court. Diwan-i-Khas - Here envoys and other honoured guests were granted a personal audience with the ruler. the Dīwān-e-Khās is a small marble structure near the Dīwān-e-Ām. Diwan-i-Aam - the ruler held mass audience. He would sit on his throne facing petitioners. His minister would assemble the petitions and refer them to the Dīwān-e-Khās for private audience. Jahangir Mahal - Jahangiri Mahal is the most important building of the Akbari period in the Agra Fort. Itmad - Ud – Daula known as the "Baby Taj", it is the first tomb in India built entirely in white marble. Sikandra – The great Mughal emperor Akbar’s Tomb. Later you will be driven to Delhi.Later you will be driven to Jaipur stopping at deserted capital city of Fatehpur sikri. This abandoned capital of the Mughal is a perfectly preserved city at the height of the empire’s splendor. The city divided into religious and secular parts has interesting well-sculpted buildings. From here we continue our drive to Jaipur. Upon arrival check into the hotel. Evening free and stay overnight in Jaipur.
Day 7 : JAIPUR Sight Seen
Morning, we visit Amber Fort, the former capital of the royal Jaipurs. Few fail to be moved by the dramatic Rajput grandeur of this hilltop fortress-palace 11 km north of Jaipur. Set on the dry wrinkled Aravali Hills, and surrounded by fortified battlements, the palace straddles two sepia-hued tundra hills overlooking Maota Lake, and its sprawling crenellated walls lattice the surrounding hills.We will ride up to this hilltop palace on a caparisoned, painted elephant, passing through the ancient main gate where Maharajas of Jaipur have entered for four hundred years. Our guide will elaborate on the history of this architectural masterpiece with its mirror-studded alcoves, dazzling mosaics and water-cooled swings that delight today’s visitors as they did their former royal residents.We shall visit the Hawa Mahal or Palace of the Winds, a five-storied structure of pink sandstone with semi-Octagonal and delicately honeycombed windows overlooking the main street of the old city. It was built in 1799 so that veiled royal women could peer down unseen by the world through its 593 stone screens.Later in the afternoon, we proceed on a tour Of the City Palace & Observatory. The City Palace in the heart of the old city is a blend of Rajasthani and Mughal architecture. The palace lies in the heart of the city and occupies the whole central grid. The fortified wall has seven gates and was built for protection from invading armies and animals that lived in jungles, which surrounded the wall that time. Next, we visit the Solar Observatory - an astronomical treasure house, with solar device that give accurate predictions till date. Overnight stay in Jaipur.
Day 8 : JAIPUR - DELHI
