Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival In Srinagar

  Pick up at Jammu Railway station transfer to Hotel in Srinagar Via hilly slopes of Patni top.

• Day 2 : Srinagar

  Morning sightseeing of Mughal Gardens visiting Nishat Bagh (Abode of pleasure) built by Asif Khan brother in law of Jehangir in 1632 AD. and Shalimar Bagh (Abode of love) built by Jehangir for his wife Empress Noor Jehan . All the gardens are situated on the bank of Dal Lake with the Zabarwan Mountains in the background. Enroute visit carpet-weaving factory. Afternoon transfer to Shikara Ghat to take Shikara ride on famous Dal Lake visiting floating and vegetable gardens etc
  Overnight stay in Hotel.

  • Hotspots : Dal Lake

• Day 3 : Srinagar / Gulmarg/ Srinagar

  Transfer to Gulmarg (Meadow of Flowers) 2730 Mts. above sea level. The distance of 60 kms will be covered in about 2 hrs. Gulmarg has one of the best Ski slopes in the world and highest golf course of the world with 18 holes. One can also have the view of Nanga Parbhat if weather permits. The view reroute from Tangmarg to Gulmarg is fascinating. One can also have a short trek up to Khilangmarg which can be covered in about 3 to 4 hrs. Chair Lifts ( Gondola Ride ) for mountain ride are also available. . Late Evening drive back to Srinagar
  overnight in Hotel

• Day 4 : Srinagar – Pahalgam- Srinagar

  Leave Srinagar after early breakfast and drive to Pahalgam (Valley of Shepherds) via Srinagar. Drive through Saffron fields, visit Awantipura ruins (1100 years old temple of Lord Vishnu built by King Awantiwareman). Drive through the pine forest and along Lidder River. The total distance of about 100kms will be covered in about 2 1/2 hrs. Full day sight seeing of Pahalgam, Evening return to Srinagar.Overnight In Hotel.

  • Themes : Hill Stations & Valleys

• Day 5 : Srinagar- Kargil.

  After breakfast Transfer to Kargil overnight in Kargil.

• Day 6 : Kargil to Leh

  Arrival at Leh, Meet & greet and transfer to the Hotel. relax for the rest of the day to acclimatize to the rarefied air of high Himalayan Plateau. Dinner at hotel, Overnight at the hotel.

• Day 7 : Leh (Full day monasteries tour)

  After breakfast full day excursion to Thiksey Monastery (16 Kms), Hemis Monastery (45 Kms) which is one of the biggest in this region. While returning to Leh visit Shey Palace (12 Kms). Packed lunch will be provided. In the evening return to the hotel for dinner & overnight at the hotel.

• Day 8 : Leh (KhardungLa&Leh City tour)

  After breakfast drive to Khardung la (45 Kms), the highest motorable road in the world at 5600 meters ASL. The views from the top of the pass are amazing. This road carries on to the Nubra Valley (optional). Return to the hotel for hot lunch. Post lunch enjoy a tour of Leh city visiting Sangkar, Shanti Stupa, Leh Palace. Packed lunch will be provided,Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

  • Themes : Hill Stations & Valleys

• Day 9 : Pangong Lake

  Leave 0500 Hrs to Pangong Lake (140 Kms, 5 Hrs drive one way) through Changla pass 5486 Mtrs. Enjoy the beautiful panoramic view of the villages below the pass. After crossing the pass halt for picnic lunch at Tsoltak, the summer pastureland of the yaks. Arrive Durbuk and from there a short drive takes you to the western shore of the lake. Enjoy the landscape in the back drop of the Lake. This famous blue brackish Lake of Pangong is 5/6 Kms wide and over 144 Kms long with half of its running the other side of the “INDO CHINA BORDER”. One rarely feels so close to nature and environment and the scenery is unforgettable. In the late afternoon drive back to Leh. Dinner & Overnight at Hotel.

• Day 10 : Leh Departure.

  After breakfast transfer to the airport for your flight to the home destination
