Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Srinagar to Aru Valley Distance 115 Km)

  Drive from Srinagar to Aru valley 3hours over night in camps.

  • Themes : Hill Stations & Valleys

• Day 2 : (Aru Valley to Lidderwat Valley 5 to 6 Hours Walk)

  The trail follows the lidder river to the open meadows of lidderwat valley,excellent campsite over night camps (5 to 6 hours).

• Day 3 : (lidderwat Valley to Seikiwais 4 to 5 Hours Walk )

  The ascent to seikiwas is very steep and from hamwais to cross river and again steep ascent to saikiwais.

• Day 4 : (Seikiwais to Tarsar Lake 3 to 4 Hours Walk Height 3900 M)

  The steep ascent to tarsar lake is very beautiful with variety of wild flowers and camping on the bank of the tarsar lake.(3 to 4 hours 3900 m)

  • Themes : Camping

• Day 5 : (Tarsar Lake to Sundersar 4 Hours Walk Height 4000meters)

  A steep ascend to zazmarg and plan walking to sundersar lake a short trip to marsar lake over night sundersar.

• Day 6 : (Sundersar lake to sonamous 4 to 5 hours walk 4100 m)

  One hour steep goat track to reach zazmarg a very beautiful valley like monuments mountains and beautiful scenery coming sonamous top and very steep descend about one hour and reaches sonamous namdas village.

  • Themes : Hill Stations & Valleys

• Day 7 : (Sonamous to sumbal sonamrg 6 Hours walk )

  A steep descend about 6 hours reaches to sumbal village and back to Srinagar.
