Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Delhi - Srinagar

  Fly from Delhi to Srinagar, The capital of Kashmir at 5200 ft high from sea level, meet & assitt, transfer to Deluxe Luxury Houseboat. After noon: Shikara ride to famous Dal Lake, visit Lotus Gardens, floating Gardens, vegetable Gardens and back water canals. Dinner & Overnight stay in Houseboat.

• Day 2 : Gulmarg - Srinagar

  After breakfast Excursion to Gulmarg 56 kms drive 2Hrs with few photo stops. Gulmarg Meadow of Flowers 8800 ft high from sea level, one can see Nanga parbat 26,66ft if weather permits.(Summer ) enjoy 18 hole world highest Golf course and during winter Gulmarg is developed as one of the best Ski resort in the world. Optional (Gondola cable car ride from 8800 ft To 10,050 ft Kongdoori or to Affarwat 13500 ft high. Return back Dinner & overnight stay in Houseboat.
• Day 3 : Srinagar

  After breakfast Visit Mughal Gardens Nishat Bagh (garden of Pleasure) Shalimar Bagh (Abode of Love ) built by Great Mughal during 16th Century, Spring Summer gardens remains very Green and flowers are in full blooms, pay visit to Kashmir Handicraft centre for Handmade hand knotted Kashmir Silk Carpets and Pashmina shawls. Lunch at Houseboat. After Noon: Handicraft Tour by Shikara visit Paper Machie & handmade walnut wood carving factory. Dinner & overnight stay in Houseboat.
• Day 4 : Srinagar - Kargil

  Leave Srinagar with Picnic lunch for Kargil 204 Km drive via Sonmarg along the Bank of Sindh River enjoy the scenic view of the Himalayan Mountains and Sindh Valley very famous for Alpine trekking. Sonmarg Meadow of Gold, have a panorama view of Thajwas Glacier and its surroundings, later proceed to Kargil via Zojila pass 10350 ft high from sea level, The view on the Top is fantastic, on reaching Drass stop for Tea /Coffee. Drass is 2nd coldest place in the world. Later drive to Kargil along the Drass and Suru River. On reaching Kargil check in Hotel. Later have a walk around Kargil situated on the Bank of River Suru. Dinner & overnight stay in Hotel.

• Day 5 : Kargil - Leh ( 230Kms )

  Leave Kargil for with Picnic or Hot Lunch at Lamayuru ,Enroute visit Mulbekh Chamba 9 meters image of Lord Buddha carved in a huge Rock, proceed to onwards journey Via Namikala pass 11350 Ft sand Foutila pass about 14479 Ft highest point on Srinagar Leh Road. Stop at Top and enjoy the beautiful view of Himalayan Mountains and landscapes of the area. Visit Lamayuru monastery and Moon land, built during 11th Century. Proceed to Leh .From Khatlsi the Drive is along the Bank of Indus River. On reaching Leh Check in Hotel for Overnight stay.
• Day 6 : Leh

  Morning after breakfast, take an easy walk around the Leh Bazaar to accumalitize the high altitude, Leh 10500 Ft from sea level ( Called Little Tibet ) or Land of Lamas with its beautiful land scapes. Have wonderful pictures in the Leh bazaar of Leh Palace and local women, who sell their fresh vegetables and other products. Lunch at Hotel. After Noon:- Visit Leh Palace , Shankar Gompa and Shanti Stupa, where from one can a wonder view of whole Leh Town and snow peak range of Himalayan, and the Sun set. Dinner & overnight stay in Hotel.

• Day 7 : Pangong Lake

  After early breakfast leave Hotel for Pangong Lake (14,450 ft) with picnic lunch drive 140 kms one way via Changla pass, 2nd highest motorable road in the world. Pangong means: exclusive concavity: or simply: Hollow: The lake is 6 kms long. And 130 kms wide Pangong lake is bisected by international boarder between CHINA & INDIA .70% with China & 30 % with India. The water reflections shimmers in the blue and Green colour, which is extremely salty, Enroute pay a visit Nomadic people living around the area with their flock of sheep and Pashmina Goats. Return in the evening. Dinner & overnight stay in Hotel.

• Day 8 : Leh

  Morning after breakfast Visit Shey, Thiskey and Hemis Monasteries. The drive is along the Bank of Indus with its Panorama view of Himalayan Mountains and the land scapes around the area. Hemis is wealthiest and biggest monastery of Ladakh founded by stagsang of Tibetan Monk in 1630 AD during the reign of Sengge Namgyal, the walls of the monastery are full of painting of various images of Lord Buddha. Dinner & overnight stay in Hotel.
• Day 9 : Leh - Khardung La Pass

  After breakfast tour to Khardung-La Pass 45 kms drive one way Khardung-la pass 18,600 ft highest motorable Road in the world. on the Top have breathtaking view / pictures of Himalayan and Korakaram mountain ,In ancient time this was known as Silk Route from Central Asia to China To Nubra-Ladakh ,traders were doing the trade i.e. Tea, Spices and other items, later drive back ,Lunch at Hotel. After Noon: Free: for shopping Dinner & overnight stay in Hotel.
• Day 10 : Leh - Delhi

  After early breakfast transfer to Leh airport, Flight to Delhi with all sweet memories of Kashmir /Ladakh.
