Day 1 : Arrival Srinagar >> Srinagar Local Sightseeing

Being your tour of splendid Kashmir. Proceed on a city tour visiting the Shankracharya temple situated on the highest hill of Srinagar the famous Mughal Gardens - Chashmashahi Nishat & Shalimar. These gardens were Mughal Emperors concept of Paradise and today these are popular picnic spots. Also visit a handicraft shop where you can purchase local Hand Crafted items Shawls Jackets Bed Covers Paper Mache Carpets & much more! Return for overnight stay in Srinagar hotel.

Day 2 : Srinagar >> Sonamarg >> Srinagar

Today you embark on a full day of excursion to the picturesque Meadows of Gold. Meadows of Sonamarg. Sonamarg is last stop of Kashmir district. From here starts the territory of Ladakh. Situated at an altitude of 2743m above sea level. The fast flowing Sindh River makes it popular for trout and masher fishing in summer. You can opt for a pony ride to one of the glaciers for some fun in snow and ice. Return to Srinagar in the evening and enjoy comfortable overnight stay in Srinagar hotel.

Day 3 : Srinagar >> Gulmarg >> Srinagar

Drive to Gulmarg the flower meadow in the morning. It is an interesting journey from Srinagar to Gulmarg. Its beauty will fascinate you. Skiing and snowboarding are very popular in Gulmarg. As a result of Gulmargs hosting of Europeans and Britons during the British Raj the area was transformed into a hill resort and given the name Gulmarg. In Gulmarg, you may experience European architecture an 18-hole golf course and the longest and highest cable car in Asia (at your expense or by advance reservation online). Enjoy gondola rides to Kongdoori & Affarwat Horseback riding shopping and photography at this lovely snow point. Return back for overnight stay in Houseboat Dal Lake.

Day 4 : Srinagar >> Pahalgam >> Night

After Breakfast You will be transferred to Pahalgam the Valley of Shepherds which is situated at the confluence of the streams flowing from river Lidder and Sheeshnag Lake. On arrival into Pahalgam enjoy the surrounding beauty or walk to Baisaren which is about 2 km from Pahalgam. A small village set in pine and fir forest is pleasing and offers good view Night halt at Hotel in PAHALGAM.

Day 5 : Pahalgam>> Sightseeing>> Night

After Breakfast, Proceed for Aru valley and Chandanwari by car (by your own cost). Aru is small village, 11 kms. upstream the Lidder River, is a beautiful locality. The route is picturesque with ample campsites. This village is the starting point for treks to the Kolahoi glacier. The most beautiful of these is the huge undulating meadow of Baisaren surrounded by thickly wooded forests of pine. Hajan and Beetab valley on the way to Chandanwari. Overnight stay will be in Pahalgam Hotel.

Day 6 : Srinagar >> Karta >> Night

Wake up early get yourself ready for long day travel to Katra. Sit on backseat of your car and enjoy the ride in between the mountains towards Katra its beauty will fascinate you it will take 8 hours and you will be in Katra. Check in your hotel and enjoy dinner go to your bed and halt for overnight stay in Katra hotel.
