Kasol is a village in district Kullu, Himachal Pradesh, northern India. It is situated in Parvati Valley, on the banks of the Parvati River, on the way between Bhuntar to Manikaran. It is located 31.2 km from Bhuntar and 5 km from Manikaran

Kasol is an ideal destination for backpackers, trekkers and nature enthusiasts due to its scenic beauty, untouched mountains and great climate throughout the year. It is an important base for trekking towards Kheer Ganga. Kheer Ganga lies in the enchanting Parvati Valley and is the last inhabited village on the Parvati side of Pin-Parvati trek. It remains completely snow- covered during the winters and has a hot water spring.

All your tiredness of the hike will be washed away with a sight of the mystical hot springs of Kheerganga. You can step in it to tackle the cool weather. The one-of-a-kind experience of relaxing in a hot spring while admiring vistas of snow-capped peaks will remain with you forever as memories. The vistas from an altitude of about 13000 feet will also leave you spellbound. You get to spend the night here amidst the mighty snow-laden mountains. The second-day journey back to Kasol gives you another chance to admire what you might have missed on the first day while trekking from Kasol to Kheerganga. The trek is graded easy; therefore, almost anybody can undertake it with a little bit of preparation.

Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Welcome to Kasol

  Kasol is a picturesque village with traditional wooden houses having slanted stone roofs. Spend your day enjoying Forest walk, Budget Cafes, Parvati River & Valley View.
• Day 2 : Kheerganga

  Get ready for trekking day, taxi will be pre-booked waiting for you outside the camping site. The trek to Kheerganga starts from Barshaini, which is 12-13 kms long and is an easy walk in the park for the first 7 kms but become a little more demanding later on. Our trek guide will take you to new places while reaching at camping site. Spend your night in Premium Camps with Bonfire.
• Day 3 : Back to Home

  Post Breakfast and enjoying Natural Hot Spring, pack your bags again to reach at the basecamp at Barshaini. Don't forget to spend couple of hours for Kullu Rafting.
