Day 1 : Delhi – Kasol Transfer

On this day you will be getting your transfer from Delhi to Kasol doing overnight Journey. You will reach Kasol next morning.

Day 2 : Kasol Arrival : Campnight stay

On this day you will be arriving at Kasol Camp , reaching there you will check in to the allocated camps. You can enjoy the day free for leisure. You can opt for the trekking to Manikarana Gurudwara oropt forspending some time sitting nearby the Parvati valley River.

Post that come back to Camps , if interested grab your Booze for the DJ Night, Grab your Snacks in evening and get ready for DJ Night. Enjoy the moves of your colleagues and fellow travelers, click pictures and make memories for life. Meanwhile grab your dinner also and then later move to Camps for your overnight stay and Dinner.

Day 3 : Manali Local Sightseeing

On this day after breakfast move for the Manali, reaching Manali you will be covering local sightseeing of Manali which cover: Hadimba Devi Temple, Manu Temple, Tibetan Monastery, Mall Road, Club House, Vashisht Village, Van Vihar. Dinner & O/N stay in hotel itself.

Hotels, Flights & Trains are subject to availability at the time of booking. Any cost arising due to natural climate like, snowfall, landslides, road blockage, and political disturbances (strikes) etc. to be borne by client, which is directly payable on the spot.

PREPONE AND POSTPONE:

If in case you wish to pre-pone /postpone your travel dates, we request you to inform us 15 days in advance via mail.
We do not charge anything if the package is postpone/ pre-pone once (In case you inform 15 days advance through mail). However, after the first-time additional charges will be levied
Within 15 to7 days to your journey any pre-pone/postpone case company will charge 25% ofthe total package cost.
Please note that the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time. (Do intimate us 15 days prior to your journey)
We do not accept any change in plan within 7 days of travel date. However, in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will intimated to you beforehand.
Advance can be utilized within 1 year fromthe date ofadvance payment.

Cancellation Policy

25% ofthe total package cost within 30 to 15 days from date of departure
50% ofthe total package cost within 8 to 14 days from date of departure
75% of the total package cost within 2 to 7 days from date of departures
100% of the total package cost within 48 hours from date of departure
20% - communication charges + bank charges will be deducted if you have cancelled your tour 30 days prior.

Check in time in hotel is 12:00 NOON & Check out time of the hotel is10:00 AM. (Early check in & Late checkout is subject to availability and hotel might charge you extra for it).
ID-It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Driver’s License, Voters Card, and Passport. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in. Note- PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
We may reschedule the sightseeing days subject to weather conditions & to ensure smooth execution oftours.
We shall not be responsible for anycancellation of cabs or buses due to bad
Though Himachal have been witnessing a huge tourist growth but the facilities of Hotel, Services, Aids etc available here cannot be matched to those available in the Cities and other developed destination. Hotels in Himachal are categorized on the basis of location, Services and costing and not as per Star Categorization i.e., 1*, 2*, 3* and so on.
We may reschedule the sightseeing days due to closing of any monument during that particular dayas to ensure smooth execution oftours.
If you don't show up at the hotel, the entire booking amount will be deducted as no-show charges.
