Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 : Tribhuvan International Airport- Kathmandu City

On Arrival At Tribhuvan International Airport You Will Be Received By Our Office Executive Who Will Assist You to Board Your Vehicle to Kathmandu City. Proceed Towards Check-in At Hotel. in the Afternoon You Will Be Taken for Sightseeing of Kathmandu City and also for a Visit to Swayambhunath. Overnight Stay At Hotel in Kathmandu. Kathmandu: is the Capital and also the Largest Metropolitan City of Nepal. the City is the Urban Core of the Kathmandu Valley in the Himalayas, Which also Contains Two Sister Cities Namely Patan or Lalitpur, 5 Kilometers to Its Southeast and Bhaktapur, 14 Kilometers to Its East. It is also Acronymed as Ktm. the Cityís Rich History is Nearly 2000 Years Old, as Inferred from An Inscription in the Valley. Its Religious Affiliations are Dominantly Hindu Followed By Buddhism. People of other Religious Beliefs also Live in Kathmandu Giving It a Cosmopolitan Culture.
Day 2 : Kathmandu Sightseeing

After Breakfast At a Hotel You Will Be Taken for Sightseeing of Kathmandu City. this Includes Visit to Pashupatinath and Boudhanath. the Evening is Free for Individual Activities. Overnight Stay At Hotel in Kathmandu. Pashupatinath: the Pashupatinath Temple is a Famous 5th Century Hindu Temple Dedicated to Lord Shiva (pashupati). It is Located On the Banks of the Bagmati River in the Eastern Part of Kathmandu. this is the Place Where Holy Saddhus Pray and Cremations On the Bagmati River are Carried Out. Boudhanath: is One of the Holiest Buddhist Sites in Nepal and It is One of the Most Popular Tourist Sites in the Kathmandu Area. with Its Large Stupa, this is the Place Where all Devout Buddhists Come for a Pilgrimage
Day 3 : Kathmandu-pokhara

After Breakfast Proceed to Pokhara Either By Flight or By Road Passing Through the Valleys, Rivers, Terraced Fields and Sometimes Viewing Different Himalayan Ranges. Upon Arrival Proceed for Check-in At Hotel. Later One Hour Boats Ride On Lake Phewa. Phewa Lake: is the Center of all Attraction in Pokhara. It is the Largest and Most Enchanting of Three Lakes that Add to the Resplendence of Pokhara .the Boat Ride Gives You the Opportunity to Marvel At the Picturesque Mountain Peaks Surrounding Pokhara and also Gives You the Opportunity to Visit the Barahi Temple, the Most Important Monument of Pokhara that is Situated in the Middle of the Lake.
Day 4 : POKHARA SIGHT SEEING

Early Morning Drive to Sarankot to Enjoy the Beautiful View of Sunrise and Golden Panoramic View of the Western Himalayan Ranges. in the Afternoon Will Be Taken for Sightseeing of Pokhara. this Includes Bindhyabasini Temple, Gupteswar Cave, Seti Gorge and Devi's Fall. Overnight Stay At Pokhara. Meal Plan: CP (Breakfast), MAP (Breakfast & Dinner), AP (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)
Hotel & Room provided will be either the one mentioned in the itinerary or similar category.
Keeping in mind the closing day for sightseeing schedule/room availability itinerary can be changed without prior notice.

Please carry the identity proof along with 4 passport size photos per person so that it can be produced if asked by hotel.

Permit require for Tsomgo Lake. It is mandatory that guest should carry 04 copies of pass – port size photograph, original photo ID proof with photo copy (identity card – Voter ID card/Pass-port/Driving License etc) for processing the permit. (All traveller including child)

Permit also require for travelling to North Sikkim (Lachung & Lachen). Requires 02 more copies of passport size photographs along with original photo ID proof. (All traveller including child-School Id or Birth Certificates)

Most of the vehicle for North Sikkim do not have Carrier, so kindly carry few luggage due to remote area & rough road.

The above price is validate for 7 Days (including the date of issue) / Last day of the month.

Nathula :

Nathula visit is subject to availability of permit & road condition. Only limited permits are issued by the army before 48 hrs of tour. It is open only on Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat & Sun. NAME, ADDRESS, AGE & GENDER of all guests travelling are required for processing of permit. Normally organizing permit at the eleventh hour is not possible, minimum time required is 72 hours before the arrival. We will try our best, but in case of non-availability of permit, the tour will only be till Baba Mandir.

It is mandatory that all guests should carry photo proof identity card such as voter id card / passport and passport size photograph.

In Lachung & Lachen :

•   All the packages start from Gangtok & ends at Gangtok.
•   Packages are available with all meals at hotel only (way meals Guest has to pay their own).
•   Hotels available are only with basic amenities & simple food cooked by the locals.
•   No room heating systems are provided in the rooms in hotels due to shortage of power, instead the hotelier provides hot water bags.
•   There is no telephone landline connection.
•   Due to shortage of power the guest sometimes, may have to make do with candle light.
•   Once the package is booked & confirmed no refund will be entertained.

Note : Excursion to Katao & Zero point (Yumesamdong) is kept optional & subject to availability of permit, which the guest can avail with an extra cost payable directly to the driver.

•   Non A/c Sumo / Max for 4-8 pax including child.
•   Innova / Scorpio / Xylo / Tavera for 4-6 pax including child.
•   Extra Vehicle cost will be applicable for more than 06 Pax.
•   If guest are booked for luxury vehicle Innova / Scorpio / Xylo / Tavera will be provided as per availability.

Child Policy :

• Child Below 5 yrs complimentary
• Child 5 -10 yrs without extra bed as mentioned in cost
• Above 10 years / Extra adult with an extra bed sharing room are same & charged as per (EPSR)

Essentials :

Basic personal items to be carried includes, feather jacket & heavy woollens during winter and light woollens during summer, walking boots, rain proof jacket during monsoon, torch, spare batteries, water flask, cold cream, personal medicines & Sunglasses.
Advice guest to bring heavy woollens if traveling to Lachung/North Sikkim as this area is cold throughout the year.

TERMS & CONDITIONS :

Flights / Trains being late and guests not being able to reach as per schedule is not in our control. Guests will have to pay as per the bookings made.

Cancellation charges as applicable. No refund is admissible if a tour is cancelled or altered at the last moment due to unforeseen circumstances or natural calamities which are beyond human control.

We or our associates will not be responsible for any civil/political disturbances, strikes/bandhs, theft, accidents, natural calamities, other such incidents beyond human control and any kind of health complications / injuries of any of the guests.

In a hilly area scarcity of water & electricity is a big problem. Everybody buys water for their day-to-day living & have learnt to live even without electricity in case of Load Shedding. Guests are requested to cope with any such problem faced during the tour. To overcome this problem certain hotels have fixed time of supplying hot & cold water.
