Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 : Tribhuvan International Airport- Kathmandu City

On Arrival At Tribhuvan International Airport You Will Be Received By Our Office Executive Who Will Assist You to Board Your Vehicle to Kathmandu City. Proceed Towards Check-in At Hotel. in the Afternoon You Will Be Taken for Sightseeing of Kathmandu City. Overnight Stay At Hotel in Kathmandu. Kathmandu: is the Capital and also the Largest Metropolitan City of Nepal. the City is the Urban Core of the Kathmandu Valley in the Himalayas, Which also Contains Two Sister Cities Namely Patan or Lalitpur, 5 Kilometers to Its Southeast and Bhaktapur, 14 Kilometers to Its East. It is also Acronymed as Ktm. the Cityís Rich History is Nearly 2000 Years Old, as Inferred from An Inscription in the Valley. Its Religious Affiliations are Dominantly Hindu Followed By Buddhism. People of other Religious Beliefs also Live in Kathmandu Giving It a Cosmopolitan Culture.
Day 2 : Excursion to Pashupatinath and Boudhanath

After Breakfast At Hotel Proceed for Half Day Sightseeing of the City. this Includes Visit to Pashupatinath and Boudhanath. Rest of the Evening is Free for Individual Activities. Overnight Stay At Kathmandu. Pashupatinath: the Pashupatinath Temple is a Famous 5th Century Hindu Temple Dedicated to Lord Shiva (pashupati). Located On the Banks of the Bagmati River in the Eastern Part of Kathmandu. this is the Place Where Holy Saddhus Pray and Cremations On the Bagmati River are Carried Out. Boudhanath: is One of the Holiest Buddhist Sites in Nepal and It is One of the Most Popular Tourist Sites in the Kathmandu Area. with Its Large Stupa, this is the Place Where all Devout Buddhists Come for a Pilgrimage.
Day 3 : Excursion to Patan City and Swayambhunath

Patan is Renowned as a Very Artistic City. Most of the Nepalese Art of Any Form is Devoted to Gods, and There are An Abundance of Temples and Vihara in the City. Patans Central Durbar Square is Absolutely Packed with Temples: Itís An Architectural Center Point with a Far Greater Concentration of Temples per Sq. Meter Than in Kathmandu or Bhaktapur. Within the City also Lies the Tibetan Refugee Center, Home to Most of the Valleys Tibetan Population. While Technically Refugees, the Tibetans are Some of the Wealthiest People in the Valley Because of the Carpet Industry They Operate. for Those Looking to Bring Home a fine Tibetan Carpet, this is the Place to Shop. Swayambhunath: Swayambhu, also Known as the Monkey Temple as There are Holy Monkeys Living in Parts of the Temple in the North-west, is among the Oldest Religious Sites in Nepal. Although the Site is Considered Buddhist, the Place is Revered By Both Buddhists and Hindus. the Golden Spire of the 5th-century Swayambhu Stupa is Adorned with a Colorful Fluttering of Prayer Flags; It Crowns a Hill Overlooking the Kathmandu Valley and Offers Fantastic Views Over the City of Kathmandu. NOTE :

Meal Plan: CP (Breakfast), MAP (Breakfast & Dinner), AP (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)
Hotel & Room provided will be either the one mentioned in the itinerary or similar category.
Keeping in mind the closing day for sightseeing schedule/room availability itinerary can be changed without prior notice.

Please carry the identity proof along with 4 passport size photos per person so that it can be produced if asked by hotel.

Permit require for Tsomgo Lake. It is mandatory that guest should carry 04 copies of pass – port size photograph, original photo ID proof with photo copy (identity card – Voter ID card/Pass-port/Driving License etc) for processing the permit. (All traveller including child)

Permit also require for travelling to North Sikkim (Lachung & Lachen). Requires 02 more copies of passport size photographs along with original photo ID proof. (All traveller including child-School Id or Birth Certificates)

Most of the vehicle for North Sikkim do not have Carrier, so kindly carry few luggage due to remote area & rough road.

The above price is validate for 7 Days (including the date of issue) / Last day of the month.

Nathula :

Nathula visit is subject to availability of permit & road condition. Only limited permits are issued by the army before 48 hrs of tour. It is open only on Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat & Sun. NAME, ADDRESS, AGE & GENDER of all guests travelling are required for processing of permit. Normally organizing permit at the eleventh hour is not possible, minimum time required is 72 hours before the arrival. We will try our best, but in case of non-availability of permit, the tour will only be till Baba Mandir.

It is mandatory that all guests should carry photo proof identity card such as voter id card / passport and passport size photograph.

In Lachung & Lachen :

•   All the packages start from Gangtok & ends at Gangtok.
•   Packages are available with all meals at hotel only (way meals Guest has to pay their own).
•   Hotels available are only with basic amenities & simple food cooked by the locals.
•   No room heating systems are provided in the rooms in hotels due to shortage of power, instead the hotelier provides hot water bags.
•   There is no telephone landline connection.
•   Due to shortage of power the guest sometimes, may have to make do with candle light.
•   Once the package is booked & confirmed no refund will be entertained.

Note : Excursion to Katao & Zero point (Yumesamdong) is kept optional & subject to availability of permit, which the guest can avail with an extra cost payable directly to the driver.

•   Non A/c Indica / WagonR / Alto / Santro for 1-3 Pax including child.
•   Non A/c Sumo / Max for 4-8 pax including child.
•   Innova / Scorpio / Xylo / Tavera for 4-6 pax including child.
•   Extra Vehicle cost will be applicable for more than 06 Pax.
•   If guest are booked for luxury vehicle Innova / Scorpio / Xylo / Tavera will be provided as per availability.

Child Policy :

• Child Below 5 yrs complimentary
• Child 5 -10 yrs without extra bed as mentioned in cost
• Above 10 years / Extra adult with an extra bed sharing room are same & charged as per (EPSR)

Essentials :

Basic personal items to be carried includes, feather jacket & heavy woollens during winter and light woollens during summer, walking boots, rain proof jacket during monsoon, torch, spare batteries, water flask, cold cream, personal medicines & Sunglasses.
Advice guest to bring heavy woollens if traveling to Lachung/North Sikkim as this area is cold throughout the year.

TERMS & CONDITIONS :

Flights / Trains being late and guests not being able to reach as per schedule is not in our control. Guests will have to pay as per the bookings made.

Cancellation charges as applicable. No refund is admissible if a tour is cancelled or altered at the last moment due to unforeseen circumstances or natural calamities which are beyond human control.

We or our associates will not be responsible for any civil/political disturbances, strikes/bandhs, theft, accidents, natural calamities, other such incidents beyond human control and any kind of health complications / injuries of any of the guests.

In a hilly area scarcity of water & electricity is a big problem. Everybody buys water for their day-to-day living & have learnt to live even without electricity in case of Load Shedding. Guests are requested to cope with any such problem faced during the tour. To overcome this problem certain hotels have fixed time of supplying hot & cold water.
