The torches are lit, the night is filled with music, and family members gather to bring you a relaxing and memorable dining experience that begins with the Imu Ceremony--the unearthing of the traditional pig, cooked to perfection in an underground oven.
After sipping a refreshing beverge and relaxing to the sounds of Hawaiian songs and chants, you'll be treated to traditional flavors and island favorites like kalua pork, beef teriyaki, chicken adobo, and sweet-n-sour mahimahi. You'll also want to be sure and sample our local specialties like lomi salmon, fresh poi, Hawaiian sweet potatoes, mac salad, namasu salad, and a variety of scrumptious tropical desserts.
If you're feeling adventurous and would like to burn some calories after dinner, you're invited to join our family of musicians and dancers on stage for a hula lesson!
Now it's time to sit back and enjoy colorful, authentic performances in our spacious open-air, torch-lit amphitheater. The lyrical sway of the Hawaiian hula, the colorful precision of the Tahitian drum dance, and the fiery emotion of the Samoan fire knife dance are representative of the people who have come to call Hawaii home.
This will undoubtedly be a memorable (and delicious!) experience and one that you'll be sharing with family and friends for years to come.
