Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival

  Rasayana abhyangam- is a synchronized massage preformed by two therapists simultaneously. It gives total relaxation of body both mentally as well as physically. It strengthens both muscles as well as nerve tissue.
  
  Podi kizhi- Kizhi means medicine stuffed in a bag. In podikizhi the medicines are taken in the form of medicated powder. This treatment reduces the inflammation in one’s body. It also relaxes the stiff muscles.
  
  Ushma swedam-it is a medicated steam bath, highly beneficial in opening the sweat pores, thereby detoxifying ones system.

• Day 2 : Elakizhi, Sirodhara

  Elakizhi-In this medicated leaves are stuffed in a bag. This is highly beneficial for the strengthening of muscles and also corrects some of the neurological symptoms.
  
  Sirodhara-it is unique form of ayurvedic therapy of pouring medicated oil on the forehead from a specific height and for a specific period continuously in an oscillating manner. It is highly beneficial for loss of sleep, stress, migraine, head ache etc.
