Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Cochin

  On arrival at Cochin International airport, meet our representative. After formal greetings, they will escort you to hotel Casino for check in. Have some refreshments till afternoon.
  
  In the afternoon proceed to sightseeing tour including visit to historical city Fort Cochin. The visit will include covering the old spice market at Mattancherry, Jews Street- infested with antique shops, Dutch Palace, the Synagogue and the Church of St. Francis. Overnight stay at the hotel.

  • Hotspots : Dutch Palace

• Day 2 : Cochin/Periyar

  After morning breakfast visit to Spice village at Periyar. This area with serene beauty is overshadowed by Cardamom Hills and has tranquil snaky roads, rubber estates, tea gardens and spice plantations.
  
  After lunch, you can visit at the resident of Vaidya-the Ayurveda doctor for solution related to your ayurveda queries. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

• Day 3 : Periyar

  Our tour itinerary, scheduled for seven days are meant for Ayurveda Therapy (commencing from day 04). In the duration of these 7 days, your rejuvenation therapy will be carried out by the resident doctor. He will also plan your programs and give you suggestions related to your diets in accordance with the therapy. You are advised to abstain from consuming alcohol, tobacco or any edibles containing caffeine. The therapy involves various herbal massages, yoga and steam baths. You will have a sound health and great feeling of wellness if you consistently follow the guidance and directions of Vaidya. Don’t miss carrying your favourite books with you to catch up on all the reading you may have missed during the tour. Overnight stay at the hotel.

• Day 4 : Periyar

  End of the rejuvenation therapy. Give your body a proper relaxation to re-adjust it after one week of body message. After breakfast, if you feel taking a light stroll around this spice village, see the spice in its natural habitats. Learn some easy methods of cuisine Keralan dishes. Overnight stay at hotel.

• Day 5 : Periyar

  In your last stay at Periyar, perhaps you will like to enjoy a boat safari in Periyar Lake and will go for spotting a wild elephant.
  
  Overnight stay at hotel.

• Day 6 : Departure

  Bid farewell to the ayurveda city. Drive to airport and assist you with check in formalities.
