Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Cochin / Arrival - Munnar (140 Km. Approx.)

  Arrival at the Cochin International airport. Our representative meets and welcomes you on your arrival at Cochin Airport. Later our representative assists..The Spectacular Kerala itinerary begins with arrival at Kochi. From here our representative takes you for a drive to the hill station of Munnar, which is about 140 kms from Kochi. This pleasant 4-hour drive is in fact one of the best attractions of this Kerala Tour as you wind up to the hills of Munnar. Stay for two nights is scheduled here as you check in to a pre booked hotel of your choice. During the evening you may go shopping and exploring the spice and dry fruit markets in Munnar. Overnight stay in Munnar.

• Day 2 : At Munnar

  Enjoy the early morning breakfast and later get ready to enjoy Munnar tour. Munnar is blessed with heavenly beauty and blissful ambiance. Here visit to well organized tea gardens with ever-ending tea bushes, Mattupetty Lake and Dam, Echo Point ( Here the sound comes back to you), Kundale Lake and Rajmalai. Also visit to Eravikulam National Park (if operational)a home to rare and endangered mountain goat also called Nilgiri Thar. Return back on time to the hotel. Overnight stay in the Hotel.

• Day 3 : Munnar - Thekkady (110 Km. Approx.)

  After Breakfast Proceed for Thekkady. On arrival check into the Hotel. Later we will drive you to Visit Periyar wild life sanctuary.It is one of India's most fascinating natural wildlife sanctuaries, where one can watch wildlife at close range. The vegetation, flora & fauna and birds are uniquely rich & varied and do not bear semblance to any other wildlife sanctuaries in the world. Even a casual visitor to this place will not fail to observe the special ecological pattern. The very sound of the name conjures up images of elephants, unending chains of hill & spice scented plantations. The sanctuary is one of the best in the country for watching & photographing wild life. Notable among the inhabitants are the tigers, majestic Asiatic wild elephants & distinctive Nilgiri Langur. • Day 4 : Thekkady - Alleppey (140 Kms Approx)

  After breakfast drive to Alleppey, also known as Alappuzha, and called Venice of the East. A town with picturesque canals, backwaters & lagoons, It has a wonderful past, it owes its existence to the sagacious Diwan Raja Kesavadas in the second half of 18th century. Kuttanad, the rice bowl of Kerala with the unending stretch of paddy fields, small streams & canals with lush green coconut palms, was well known even from the early periods of the Sangam age. History says Alappuzha had trade relations with ancient Greece & Rome in the pre Jesus era. Alleppey is now the hub for backwaters tourism in Kerala. On arrival we board the Houseboat, locally called Kettuvallam, cruise around backwaters of Alleppey to observe & experience the daily life of the villagers along the backwaters. Holiday on the houseboats are an out-of-this-world experience. Dinner and overnight stay in the houseboat.

• Day 5 : Alleppey - Kovalam (164 Km. Approx.)

  Morning checkout from Housboat and transfer to Kovalam. Check in to hotel near the beach upon arrival. Day free to spend at leisure on the beach. Enjoy playing with the golden sands or take a swim in the shallow water. A soothing sunbath is a perfect option to unwind. The more adventurous ones can enjoy thrilling beach sports. An Ayurvedic massage can also be availed (optional). Return to hotel at night. Overnight stay in Kovalam.

• Day 6 : Kovalam - Kanyakumari - Kovalam

  After breakfast checkout from hotel and takes to Kanyakumarai. On arriva at hotel transfer to hotel, take you from the beaches to Cape Camorin where you will visit Padmanabhapuram Palace and the Archeological Museum. Return to hotel at evening for an overnight stay. Overnight stay in Kovalam.
