Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrive at Cochin and proceed to Munnar

  Arrive at Cochin airport / station. Our representative shall welcome you and then proceed to Munnar by Pvt vehicle. Pass through green forests and valleys and arrive at Munnar after 4-5 hours of journey. Day is free to relax and enjoy fresh mountain air.

• Day 2 : Munnar Local sightseeing

  Today proceed to Munnar sightseeing by Pvt Vehicle. Visit Mattupetty dam Eco point. There will be a photo stop at tea garden. Also visit Tea museum to understand tea making process. If time permits visit Eravikulam National park to spot rare specie of western ghat Tahr. Evening spend time in Munnar town for shopping and return to hotel.
• Day 3 : Munnar to Thekkady Travel time - 3-4 hrs

  After breakfast check out and proceed to Thekkady. En-route visit beautiful valley of Devikumalam and then you may opt to visit spice plantation to understand how do we get daily spices from. Arrive at Thekkady and check in after 14:00 hrs. After noon you may opt to visit Elephant camp to enjoy Elephant ride or bathing with Elephant. Evening spend time in local market for shopping of spices and oils. You may opt for Kalaripayattu or Kathakkali show in the evening.

• Day 4 : Thekkady to Kumarakom Travel time - 5-6 hrs

  Today proceed to Kumarakom which is approx 150 kms away. From rolling hills you shall descent to the land of backwaters, intricate network of canals and lakes. Kumarakom is small village located on the banks for Lake Vembanad. Check in and relax in these lake resorts. After noon proceed for boat ride on backwater canals on direct payment basis. Enjoy coastal beauty of Kerala with its canals, coconut groves, paddy fields and local fishermans villages. Overnight at lake resort in Kumarakom.
• Day 5 : Kumarakom - Cochin Travel time - 2.5 hrs

  Check out from Kumarakom hotel and proceed to Cochin. Complete your last minute shopping at Cochin city and proceed to airport / station for your onward journey. Your tour ends with great memories to cherish.
