Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : (Munnar)ARRIVE KOCHI–TRANSFER TO MUNNAR(130 KMS / 03.45 HRS)

  Our representative meets & greets you upon arrival at Kochi airport/ railway station. The tour plan would be briefed by the representative and any concerns or questions could be clarified.
  
  Transfer to Munnar, a famous hill station in Kerala. Munnar, derived its name from the confluence of the three rivers around which the town grew. Today, it offers beautiful vistas, cardamom and spice plantations, a large variety of flora and fauna. On the way visit Cheeyappara Waterfalls and enjoy amazing valley views.
  
  Upon arrival, check-in at the hotel and spend the evening at leisure.Stay overnight at thehotel.

• Day 2 : (Munnar)MUNNAR SIGHTSEEING

  Today afterbreakfast,explore EravikulamNational park;various elusive andhometo
  endangered species and where the endangering Nilgiri Thar is conserved. It is a great place to enjoy trekking and offers mind-blowing views of the tea plantations.
  
  Later, proceed towards Tea Museum (closed on Monday), which gives an insight to the history of tea plantations of this region. Later visit Mattupetty Dam, a beautiful spot for viewing the picturesque Munnar. Also visit Eco point and flower garden. Then drive back to your hotel for overnight stay.

• Day 3 : (Thekkady)MUNNAR – THEKKADY (110 KMS / 03.15 HRS)

  After breakfast, drive to Thekkady (Periyar) and on arrival check-in at the hotel.
  
  Enjoy a full day sightseeing tour of Periyar. Set high in the ranges of the Western Ghats in Kerala, is the Periyar National Park and Tiger Reserve. Periyar wildlife sanctuary has a picturesque lake at the heart of the sanctuary. Herds of playful wild elephants have made Periyar Lake their favorite haunt for frolicking in the water. They can be witnessed bathing and swimming here. Stay overnight at hotel.

• Day 4 : (Thekkady)GAVI TOUR

  Get recharged with a good breakfast. The day starts with a plantation visit helped by a trained guide to fully enjoy the natural beauty of Gavi. From 12:30 PM, a sumptuous traditional Kerala Sadhya awaits your return from the plantation visit.
  
  After lunch,getreadyforanadventurousyetrelaxingboatride. Thenproceedtothe Cardamom Plantation to inhale aromatic whiffs of cardamom and then to the Curing house. Sabarimala Viewpoint is the next spot in your itinerary; the scenic beauty spot to capture the panoramic view of the Sabarimala hills and the pilgrim spot.
  
  Later proceed to the Museum where the skeletons of the animals are preserved.
  
  In the evening, indulge yourself with a refreshing tea break before dispersing at 4:30 PM.
  
  Return to the hotel at Thekkady for overnight stay.

• Day 5 : (Kumarakom)THEKKADY – KUMARAKOM (125 KMS / 03.30 HRS)

  After breakfast, transfer toKumarakom -a charming emerald peninsula jutting into thepicturesque Vembanad Lakedotted with innumerable traditional country rafts, boats andcanoes. The fresh water of the lake flows into the mainland, making a labyrinth of lagoons, canals and waterways. Check in to the houseboat at 12.00 PM and traditional Kerala lunch will be provided on board. Enjoy the sunset and stay overnight with dinner on the houseboat.

• Day 6 : (Kochi)KUMARAKOM – KOCHI (50 KMS / 01.30 HRS)

  After breakfast, check-out from the houseboat at 09.00 AM and transfer to Kochi. Proceed for Kochi sightseeing including Fort Kochi and Mattancherry, consists of Jewish Synagogue (closed on Fridays), Mattancherry Palace also known as Dutch Palace (closed on Friday afternoon and Saturday), Famous Chinese Fishing nets, St. Francis church and stop by Lulu Mall (one of the largest malls in India) for shopping. Transfer to Kochi International airport for your onward journey. Tour concludes.

• Once Booking received : INR 5000 + actual Ticket cancellation + Hotel cancellation as per hotel policy
• 60 – 45 Days prior to departure : 25 % of land cost + INR 5000 + actual Ticket cancellation
• 45 – 10 days prior to departure: 70% of land cost + INR 5000 + actual Ticket cancellation
• 10 days – 07 days prior to departure: 95%of land cost + INR 5000 + actual ticket cancellation
