Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Kochi

  Our scheduled pickup would be waiting for you at the bus station. Meet and greet with the driver, leave for hotel. Followed by Check-in, and Breakfast, after breakfast leave for sightseeing of Cochin. Cochin is a palm green commercial town of Kerala and consists of the mainland Ernakulum, Willingdon island, Mattancherry, Fort Cochin and Bolghatty island/palace. Dinner arrangements would be at the hotel. Overnight stay at hotel

• Day 2 : Kochi - Alleppey

  After breakfast, check-out from hotel and drive to Alleppey(Alappuzha). Check-in to a deluxe Houseboat and the sail starts. Washed by the silvery waves of the Arabian Sea, Alappuzha, the Venice of the East welcomes you to the backwaters of Kerala. The Palm fringed canals and shores bustling with glimpses from the day-to-day life in the country side, the mirror still lagoons, picture book lakesides and its long sandy beach has blessed. Alappuzha, the water locked district, to become one of the best Backwater tourism destinations in God's Own Country. The large networks of canals provide Alleppey its lifeline. Water carnivals using the gigantic snake boats and the country canoes of varying sizes have an important role in the community life of the people of the district. Overnight stay at Houseboat. All the food related arrangements would be available at the houseboat.

• Day 3 : Alleppey - Kochi

  After breakfast, checkout from Houseboat and start with your sightseeing which includes Marari Beach, Alappuzha Beach, Pathiramanal island, Alleppey Lighthouse etc later after finishing sightseeing in the evening drive for bus station. Drop at station, trip ends with great memories.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• All correspondence in respect of tour/ travel service bookings should be addressed to Frostbite Travel.
• PAYMENTS
• For all the services contracted, certain advance payment should be made to hold the booking, on confirm basis & the balance amount Destination Guptkashi Nill Badrinath Hotel Bharat shree or similar Karanprayag Shri Krishna Palace Hotel or similar should be paid before your departure from your destination of departure. Full payment should be made before the commencement of the services.
• Apart from above in some cases like special train journeys, hotel or resort booking during peak seasons, full payment is required to be sent in advance.
• MODE OF PAYMENT
• Payment can be made through NIFT/RTGS or cheque as well as cash transactions to our bank.
• CANCELLATION POLICY
• In the event of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing or through Email. Cancellation charges would be as follows:
• 15 days prior to arrival : 40% of the tour/service cost would be charged 10 days prior to arrival : 60% of the tour/service cost would be charged 5 days prior to arrival : 80% of the tour/service cost would be charged 1 days prior to arrival : NO REFUND
• NOTE: written cancellation will accept on all working days except for Sundays or any holiday. Any cancellations sent on these days will be considered on next working day. However, the day of holiday would not effect your cancellation charge.
• For the peak seasons in any area chosen for visit non refundable policy is applicable.
• In case you cancel your trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount only which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hotelier/ contractors we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals etc we do not bear any responsibility to refund.
• Note : For genuine cancellations, we can provide partial or full refund, depending upon the actual situation at the time of cancellation. Also, services can be rescheduled for a later date.
• OUR LIABILITIES AND LIMITATIONS
• Please note that after the finalisation of the tour/ services cost, if there are any hikes in entrance fees of monuments/ museums, taxes, fuel cost or guide charges by the authorities of the same, the same would be charged as extra. Cost of parking, tolls or any other transport related costs are to be paid by the client. Frostbite travel acts only in the capacity of agents for hotels, airline, transporters, railways & contractors providing other services and all exchange orders, receipts contracts & tickets issued by us are issued subject to terms & conditions under which these services are provided by them.
• All itineraries are sample itineraries, intended to give you a general idea of the likely trip schedule. Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, physical availability of the participants etc may dictate itinerary changes either before the tour or while on the trail. We reserved the right to change any schedule in the interest of the trip participants safety, comfort & general well being.
• Our rates are based on the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with the hotels, airlines etc. hotels and airlines retain the right to modify the rates without any prior notice. In case of such changes the rates quoted before the modification can be changed by us according to the modifications by hotels or airlines. All hotel bookings are based on usual checkin check out timings of the hotels until and unless indicated in the itinerary.We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programme or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipments, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents. We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting – directly or indirectly – from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country. All baggages & personal property/s at all times are at the client's risk.
• Please Note : We will not be responsible for any costs arising out of unforeseen circumstances like landslides, road blocks, bad weather or any kind of delays. we hold the right to make any modification in our terms and conditions without any prior notice, which would further be implemented on the ongoing or future tours/services.
