Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Cochin - Munnar

  Your honeymoon tour begins from Kochi International Airport and the first destination on honeymoon tour is Munnar. Munnar is the only hill station of Kerala located in the Thekaddy District. The drive from Kochi or Cochin is 140 km and takes around 4 hours. The road to Munnar is like a paradise with tall trees, spice gardens, and the tea plantations having small huts. You stay overnight at a hotel in Munnar.

• Day 2 : Munnar

  In the morning, you enjoy a great South Indian breakfast. The sightseeing trip in Munnar begins from the afternoon when you have the sun giving the perfect glimpse of the extensive valley. The tealeaves, women in the harvest fields, and flowers on the mountain ranges are great sights on your honeymoon. The green carpet below your feet makes the locale ideal for a romantic vacation. Excursions and sightseeing in Munnar include the Mattupetty Lake and Dam, Echo Point, Blossom Garden, Kundale Lake, Eravikulam Wildlife Sanctuary making your day a worthy one. Travel guides will assists you in better exploration of the place. You can spend time with your partner at the tea plantations in the valley. • Day 3 : Munnar - Periyar

  In the morning, after breakfast, your first journey from Munnar will be to Thekkady, the district. It is a tour of 120 km and a journey to remember throughout life. You get the views of waterfalls and streams, hills, and plantations. Acres of beauty leaving you absolutely spell bound.
  In the afternoon, the trip is to the much-awaited Periyar Lake. The migratory birds, boating on the waters, and strolling by the lakeside are some of the activities that honeymooners engage in.
• Day 4 : Periyar - Kumarakom

  Day four of the honeymoon tour to Kerala begins after breakfast and with the drive to Kumarakom in the Kottayam district of north Kerala. The first point would be the Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary and in the evening the cruise on Vembanad Lake. The sunset over the lake is an impressive sight.

• Day 5 : Houseboat trip

  Day 5 of Kerala honeymoon tour is reserved for houseboat journey on the backwaters. • Day 6 : Houseboat - Cochin (Departure)
