Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival at Trivandrum

  When you arrive at Trivandrum Airport, you will be met by our representative and transfer to a 3 star hotel at the centre of the city from Airport / Railway station.The city of Trivandrum is different from other large Indian cities and is a welcome break from the bustling commercial city life. Places to see in Trivandrum include Kuthiramalika (Puthemalika) Palace Museum, Napier Museum, Thiruvananthapuram Observatory, Kanakakunnu Palace, Sri Ananthapadmanabhaswami temple etc. Proceed for a half Day city tour with options of visiting Museum, Kuthiramalika Palace or Shopping. Try out numerous eating out options in Trivandrum of return to the hotel for having Dinner at the hotel.

• Day 2 : Kanyakumari Sightseeing.

  After breakfast check out from the hotel and proceed to Kanyakumari. Kanyakumari is famous as the place of union of the three oceans – The Arabian sea, Bay of Bengal and the Indian ocean as well as for Vivekananda Rock Memorial, Mahatma Gandhi memorial and Thiruvalluvar Statue. Vivekananda was a social reformer and saint of modern India. He is supposed to have meditated on the rock where the memorial stands. Ferry service is available to reach the rock memorial which was built in 1970. Enjoy Kanyakumari, the boat trip to the memorial and the beach during the day and sunset in the evening. Return to the resort at Poovar for the overnight stay.

• Day 3 : Poovar – Relax in the Estuary

  Relax in the resort near estuary and the uniqueness of the estuary starts from the natural setting – where a lake, river, sea and beach meet. True to the name in spirit and substance, its a four some island experience is unique to Poovar in Kerala which is enveloped by the most serene backwaters and opening out to the Sea and a dream golden beach enjoy this unique experience for the day that one would cherish in all aspects as a memorable moment in the life.

• Day 4 : Enjoy Kovalam Beach

  After breakfast, checkout from hotel in Poovar and drive to Kovalam and on arrival check-in to one of the most luxurious resorts in Kovalam. Kovalam Beach was among the most prominent tourist spots in India during the hippy era. There are three beaches at Kovalam, separated by outcrops jutting out to the sea. The larger one is called Light House Beach for its 30 meter high light house. The second largest one is Hawah Beach. Once you reach Kovalam check in to the hotel. Relax in the hotel for the rest of the day. After settling down set out on sightseeing in Kovalam. Enjoy the sun setting in Kovalam Beach. Overnight stay in the resort in Kovalam.

• Day 5 : Departure
