* 100% Advance Percentage of total booking amount
* Airfare/Transport fare to be paid full at one time in advance.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :
* Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
* Retention Amount varies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
* Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
If you cancel your Holiday, amounts as per the following slabs shall be forfeited by Discover Kerala holidays:

Ø 0-15 Days from date of departure 30% of tour cost.

Ø 0-07 Days from date of departure 50% of tour cost.

Ø 03-07 Days from date of departure 75% booking amount.

Ø The amount paid as per the before-mentioned timelines shall be non refundable
