Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 :

  Pick up from Cochin railway station / airport and drive to Hotel. On arrival check in at hotel. Dinner and overnight stay hotel.

• Day 2 : COCHIN - MUNNAR

  Morning after breakfast check out from hotel and proceed to Munnar on the way visit Indo Portuguese Museum. On arrival check in hotel Dinner and overnight stay hotel.

• Day 3 : MUNNAR SIGHTSEEING

  Morning after breakfast visit to Tata tea museum, Rajmalai view purpose, Ervailulam wild life sanctuary to see the rare Nilgiri mountain goat. Evening free for rest. Dinner and overnight stay hotel.

• Day 4 : MUNNAR – THEKKADY

  Morning after breakfast check out from hotel and proceed to Thekkady. On arrival check in hotel. After fresh up you can visit plantation tour. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.

• Day 5 : THEKKADY – ALLEPPEY

  Morning after breakfast check out from hotel and drive to Alleppey on the way visit Kumarkom bird sanctuary , famous for local and migratory birds and the sightseeing of the famous houseboats of kerala. Dinner and overnight stay at Hotel.

• Day 6 : DEPART COCHIN

  Morning after breakfast check out from hotel and drop at Cochinrailway station / airport.

THINKS TO IMPORTANT NOTE

• It is mandatory to carry photo ID card while you are on tour.


• Package can be alerted or changed as per the customers’ requirements / interest if possible(Subject to availability)


• In case of non-availability of hotels, similar hotel will be provided or if the base category room will be not applicable for upper category rooms.


• We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of bus due to bad weather and are not liable for it.


• For Postponed / Preponed of tour packages are to be informed us at least 15 Days prior of your travel date.


• Check out time of the hotel is 12:00 noon and check in time of the hotel is 12:00 noon(Early check in is subject to availability)


• Entrance Fees at Any point shall be paid by customer directly.


• Cancellation and other policies as per the hotel / company rule.


• No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, meals, transportation, sightseeing and other services due to bad weather, road conditions, strike, physical ability or any otherSuch unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

• For booking confirmation, need to pay 30% Advance amount for tour confirmation in our company account by cheque / Net banking / Cash in our company account.


• Remaining Amount should be paid at the time of Check in hotel

POSTPONED / PREPONED

• For postpone / postponed of tour packages are to be communicated in written and we need to be inform us at 8-9  days prior of travel date .

CANCELLATION POLICY
FIT & GIT CANCELLATION POLICY

• 25% cancellation charges will apply if cancelled till 20 days of travel date.


• 50% cancellation charges will apply if cancelled 15 days of travel date.


• 75% cancellation charges will apply if cancelled 10 days of travel date.


• No refund if cancelled on the same day or after starting or middle of the tour.
