About the Trek:
Kheerganga Trek is one of the most well-known trekking destinations in Himachal Pradesh and is located deep in the Parvati Valley. For this guided trek, you have to meet us in the beautiful hill station Barshaini which is the starting point of this trek. Along your way to Kheerganga Trek, you will explore Rudra Nag village. The scenic hamlets mark a space for the perfect stops and are ideal to delve into the local culture of Himachal Pradesh.
You can enjoy the local food and cafes on the way. After a while, you will reach the Rudra Nag temple. As you cross the waterfall, the path gets a little steeper and then you will start spotting the blue and yellow huts which indicates the final milestone of the trek i.e Kheerganga top. Upon reaching Kheerganga, you can head straight for the Parvati Kund, or the natural hot water springs, which become all the more attractive in the winters. After reaching the top, you can relax into the alloted camps and enjoy the music session to be organized at the campsite is the cherry on the top.

Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival to Kasol in morning

  Check-in or other documentation should be clear. Introduction of the group with instructor and area information. A brief Orientation about trek. Acclimatization and short visit to Kasol site scene, Bank of River Beas and famous hot spring at Manikaran and back to Kasol base camp. Overnight stay in tents.

• Day 2 : Kasol to Barsaini Dam (More than 1 hrs) Jeep ride – Kheer Ganga (More than 3 hrs)

  Jeep ride from Kasol base camp to Barsaini. It will take 1 hour to reach at Barsaini Dam. Trek starts from Barsaini Dam to Kheer Ganga. During the trek whole trek is full with Pine trees, Oak trees and Himalayan syprous trees till Kheer Ganga Hot spring. Overnight stay in tents at Kheer Ganga.

• Day 3 : Kheer Ganga – Barsaini/ Manikaran (More than 3 hrs)

  Early morning after breakfast, trek starts from Kheer Ganga to Manikaran via Barsaini. Barsaini is a small village with a taxi stand of few very basic stay option and dhabas. A barely motor-able road diverges from Barsaini to Tosh which is 2 Km from Barsaini. One can once reached to Manikaran/ Kasol can preferred his further destination.

• High quality camping arrangements (3/4 season Mountain Hard wear or similar imported alpine tents, Fresh and clean Sleeping bags of very good quality, Imported Inflatable Camping Mattresses, Camping stools, Mess Tent, Toilet tent with portable toilet seats). 3 persons in one tent, depends upon tent size.
