• Day 1 :

  Umbwe Gate > Umbwe Cave Camp 8kms 4- 6hrs up 1200m
• Day 2 :

  Umbwe Cave Camp > Barranco Camp 6km 4- 6hrs up 1100m
• Day 3 :

  Barranco Camp >> Karanga Valley 6kms 3- 4hrs up 250m down 250m
• Day 4 :

  Karanga Valley >> Barafu Camp 4kms 3- 4hrs up 650m
• Day 5 :

  Barafu Hut 4600m > UHURU PEAK 5895m > Millenium Camp 19kms 12- 14hrs up 1295m down 2105m
• Day 6 :

  Millenium Camp 3730m > Mweka Gate 1660m 10kms 5hrs
