Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival to Tent City

  Transfers from Bhuj to Rann Utsav Tent City. Traditional Welcome and Check-in. Lunch followed by leisure time.
  In the evening Hi-Tea, followed by transfers to White Rann to witness the grandeur of sunset. Later, Dinner followed by Cultural Program & Night Activities.
  

• Day 2 : Rann Utsav Tent City

  After Breakfast, departure for optional chargeable tours. Later after lunch, Kite Flying. In the evening Hi-Tea and later Dinner. Followed by Cultural Program. Welcome of New Year with fire works.

• Day 3 : Rann Utsav Tent City

  After Breakfast, followed by leisure time. Later after lunch, transfers to Kala Dungar to experience the magic of Kala Dungar. In the evening Hi-Tea and later Dinner. Followed by Cultural Program & Night Activities.

• Day 4 : Departure

  After Breakfast Check-out and transfers to Bhuj. Visit to Hodko Village Enroute.And Tour.

• At The Time Of Booking We Need Copy Of The Govt. Issued Photo Id Of All Guest. You Have To Inform Your Travel Plan Train No/ Flight No With Arrival Time At Bhuj Any cancellations before 15 days of arrival date will attract 55% charges. Any cancellations for less than 15 days to arrival will attract 100% charges. Change in name will be charged at 25% of per person rate, and per person. Two children of up to 5 years of age are allowed in a tent without an extra bed. Maximum of one extra bed can be placed in each tent at an additional cost. Check in time: 12.30 noon. Check out time: 09.30 in the morning At the time of checking you have to produce original govt. Issued photo id & to carry two color passport size photographs of each members.
