Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : CHANDIGARH to MANALI (310 KMS) ETA : 7-8 HOURS

  The expedition will start from Chandigarh early in the morning and from there we will try to reach MANALI by evening. After check in the hotels those who want to go for a short walk in MANALI can go after evening and we will guide you what things you require for the expedition which can be bought from the market.

• Day 2 : MANALI TO JISPA via ROHTANG (140 KMS) ETA: 5-6 HOURS

  We will start the drive from MANALI in early morning and will try to reach JISPA by evening. After ROHTANG PASS the real scenic view as well as adventurous road to LADAKH starts, and this famous MANALI-LEH HIGHWAY will catch your eyes thousands of time.

• Day 3 : JISPA TO SARCHU (120 KMS) ETA : 4-5 HOURS

  One of the most “Breathtaking” places on this highway is “SARCHU”, which is very beautiful as well as actually a breathtaking one because of its high altitude; you might face a little bit of problem with oxygen but a good preparation before only will not create any problem. We will enjoy our stay in camps of SARCHU with some good music, food and bonfire.

• Day 4 : SARCHU TO TSO MORIRI (220 KMS) ETA : 6-7 HOURS

  From SARCHU we will leave for TSO KAR LAKE via pang. again the route to TSO KAR is challenging one till pang, the roads as well as weather is not in a very good condition but the views in between will surely excites you. “TSO MORIRI LAKE” is one of those beautiful places where you can actually feel the beauty of the nature. The vast landscape beauty of TSOMORIRI LAKE can be enjoyed with a warm cup of coffee and tea. Night stay will be in camps again with some good food, bonfire and some good music.

• Day 5 : TSO MORIRI TO TSO KAR (100 KMS) ETA : 4-5 HOURS

  One another unexplored and less commercialized place where you can get a touch of the real LADAKH VILLAGES, the people and the beautiful weather in TSO KAR.The road to TSO MORIRI to TSO KAR is itself a scenic beauty. Your stay will be near TSO MORIRI LAKE for the night, where one can experience a remote area monastery up in the village near to TSO KAR, and CHUMTHANG is another unexplored and scenic beauty near TSO KAR. Night stay in camps will be again in camps at this particular place.

• Day 6 : TSO KAR TO LEH (160 KMS) ETA : 3-4 HOURS

  On this day, we will finally reach the beautiful city “LEH”. The road to LEH from TSO KAR is in the best condition and this drive to LEH will be enjoyed by everyone. After reaching LEH in after noon, you will have whole evening to explore the CITY OF LADAKH where we will visit the famous Monastries, Shanti stupa, and some good food joints.

• Day 7 : LEH TO NUBRA VALLEY via “KHARDUNG LA” (170 KMS) ETA : 6-7 HOURS

  One of the achievement for every person is to drive through the highest motorable road i.e KHARDUNG LA, and we will cover KHARDUNG LA on this particular day. From KHARDUNG LA we will head down to NUBRA valley- a place famous for double humped camels. NUBRA VALLEY is a small desert area in LADAKH REGION.

• Day 8 : NUBRA TO PANGONG TSO via SHYOK (180 KMS) ETA : 7-8 HOURS

  The day for the famous PANGONG TSO LAKE, for which we will start early from NUBRA VALLEY as the road to PANGONG TSO via SHYOK is not in so good conditions and to cover this long distance it will take time to reach this beautiful PANGONG TSO LAKE.

• Day 9 : DAY OFF IN PANGONG TSO

  After a whole week of driving through these adventurous roads, it’s time to relax in this beautiful lake side place. PANGONG TSO is a very huge lake, and you will have a whole day to explore the places nearby. The best part is staying under the sky full of stars in PANGONG which can be experienced on the night of this day.

• Day 10 : PANGONG TSO TO LEH (220 KMS) ETA : 7-8 HOURS

  We will start our journey back again on this day early in the morning from PANGONG and will try to reach the city of LEH in the evening and we will have our hotel stay in LEH CITY only. After this day we will start the second leg of our journey back to CHANDIGARH via SRINAGAR-LEH HIGHWAY.

• Day 11 : LEH TO KARGIL (208 KMS) ETA: 4-5 HOURS

  The road to KARGIL is one of the best roads that you will see in this whole road trip. We will start the drive from LEH covering the famous – “GURUDWARA PATHAR SAHIB”, the famous magnetic hill in LADAKH REGION. After reaching KARGIL in the evening we will go for a short visit to the famous war museum at KARGIL, where we will know about what our soldiers did for our country who got martyred in the war.

• Day 12 : KARGIL TO SRINAGAR (210 KMS) ETA : 6-7 HOURS

  Starting early in the morning we will cover the famous “ZOJILA PASS”, zero point and then we will enter into beautiful KASHMIR REGION. On this particular day we will get to see a lot of huge beautiful glaciers and the famous KASHMIR VALLEY. Our night stay will be in SRINAGAR where we will try to reach by evening.

• Day 13 : SRINAGAR TO JAMMU (270 KMS) ETA: 8-9 HOURS

  A long drive this day, we will cover a lot of distance in which we will see the beautiful PATNI TOP in JAMMU REGION. And then we will head down to JAMMU CITY for our hotels.

• Day 14 : JAMMU TO AMRITSAR (220 KMS) ETA : 4-5 HOURS

  THE highway from JAMMU to AMRITSAR is in the best condition and we will be able to cover this distance very early. After reaching to the famous HOLY CITY OF AMRITSAR, we will go to visit the famous “GOLDEN TEMPLE” and “JALLIANWALA BAGH”. As this will be our last night of the trip we will try to make the best out of it.

  The last day of our road trip will come to end in CHANDIGARH, which is a straight smooth drive from AMRITSAR.
  We will reach CHANDIGARH in afternoon and there we will end our road-trip with a perfect lunch.
