Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrive Leh

  Upon arrival at Leh Airport you will met by our representative and transfer to Hotel for Check in. Complete day for rest and leisure to acclimatize. Evening Visit to Leh Market , Shanti Stupa. and Leh Palace . Overnight at Hotel.

• Day 2 : Shyam Valley Tour

  Post Breakfast we drive towards Leh - Kargil highway to Lamayuru enroute visiting Kali Mata Temple, Gurudwara Patthar Sahib Nestled deep in the Himalayas, which was built by the Lamas of Leh in 1517 to commemorate the visit of Guru Nanak Dev. A drive of another 4 km took us to Magnetic Hill which defies the law of gravity. It has been noticed that when a vehicle is parked on neutral gear on this metallic road the vehicle slides up & further Driving through a picturesque landscape we reached the confluence of the Indus and Zanskar river 4 km before Nimmu village, and later we visit Likir gompa situated atop a windy cliff top overlooking the beautiful village of Likir. Basgo is certainly the most impressive of Ladakhi citadels despite its ruined state. Then we drive and cross the River Indus and reach Alchi, Ladakh's most loved monastery. After visiting above monasteries we drive back to Leh for dinner and overnight .

• Day 3 : Leh (Excursion to Monasteries):

  Post Breakfast we proceed for Indus Valley Monastery tour including Shey Palace, The ancient capital of Ladakh, Thiksey an impressive complex rising tier upon tier on a hill above the village, Hemis Gompa, the largest monastic foundation of Drukpa Kagyu Order of Tibetan Buddhism, Sindhu Ghat & Stok Palace Museum. Packed or Hot Lunch will be provided. Overnight at Hotel.

• Day 4 : Leh to Nubra Valley (125 Kms / aprx. 06 hrs)

  After an early breakfast we drive to NUBRA VALLEY leads through KHARDUNG-LA-PASS (the highest motorable road in the world) at 18,390 ft, around 39kms from Leh. Nubra Valley is popularly known as Ldorma or the valley of flowers. It is situated to the North of Ladakh between the Karakoram and Ladakh ranges of the Himalayas.
  Arrive Sumur or Hunder by afternoon and rest of the day at leisure to explore beautiful village of Sumur & Hunder with a Visit to Diskit Monastery. Overnight stay at Camp.

• Day 5 : Nubra - Turtuk - Nubra :

  After an early breakfast we drive to Turtuk, and a lot of other small villages, were brought under Indian control after the 1971 war, when the Indian army pushed the Pakistani soldiers past the mountains towering the Nubra Valley. Turtuk lies at the extreme corner of the Indian border, and hence its accessibility is a challenge. Due to treacherous roads and sensitive army base camps, permits were not issued to Indian civilians until late 2010. the roads are marred by landslides and shooting stones, the 3 hour drive from Hunder to Turtuk is nothing less than exceptional. Throughout the journey, one
  has the company of Shyok River, as well as the vistas, that define the barrenness which is characteristic to Ladakh.
  After visting we drive back to our camp or Hotel in Hunder for Overnight stay.

• Day 6 : Nubra Valley to Pangong

  After your breakfast at the camp, visit the SAND DUNES to enjoy a camel safari (Optional). Later we drrive to Pangong via Shyok Route . Upon arrival check into tents/ cottage . Afternoon free to enjoy the beauty of Pangong Lake . Dinner and overnight in your tents.

• Day 7 : Pangong - Tsomoriri ;

  After in your camps and then drive to Tsomoriri via Tsokar Lake . Upon arrival check into your hotel . Evening free to enjoy the beauty of nature along side of Lake . Dinner and overnight in your hotel .

• Day 8 : Tsomoriri - Leh :

  Early morning leave your camp and enjoy bird watching in the Tsomoriri Lake . Return back to your hotel for breakfast . After breakfast leave your hotel and drive to Leh via Mahey Bridge . In the afternoon arrive Leh and check into your hotel for overnight . Late afternoon free to explore the market of Leh for last minute shopping .

• Day 9 : Leh Departure :

  Tour concludes. We thank you for your patronage and ensure a punctual transfer to Domestic Airport to catch the flight for your onward Destination.
