Lumbini - The Lord Buddha was born in 563 BC in the sacred area of Lumbini located in the Terai plains of southern Nepal, testified by the inscription on the pillar erected by the Mauryan Emperor Asoka in 249 BC. Lumbini is one of the holiest places of one of the world's great religions and its remains contain important evidence about the nature of Buddhist pilgrimage centers from as early as the 3rd century BC.

Bharat Mata Temple - The Bharat Mata Temple is located at the Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapeeth campus Varanasi and dedicated to the Bharat Mata (Mother India). It was constructed by the Babu Shiv Prasad Gupt and inaugurated by the Mahatma Gandhi in the year 1936. Mahabodhi Temple - The history of Bidhgaya is about 2500 year old. In the sixth century B.C. prince Siddhartha Gautama attained supreme enlightenment at this holy place and became the Buddha.
