“Julley” Means Greetings, Namaskar, Thanks etc while meeting and receiving favors.Always put off your shoes before entering a monastery shrine.Always wear proper dress while visiting monasteries.Take Permission from the monks before taking photos inside the shrine.Always walk clockwise while visiting monastery/Stupa.Taking intoxicating thing around the religious places is strictly not welcomed.Avoid offerings chocolate, pen etc to local children.Ladakh has no local beggars, so please discourage outside beggars in town.

Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrive Leh

  Meet & greet our representative who will escort you to HotelRest of the day you require to take a complete rest for acclimatization to the arid high altitude of Leh (3505 m) in the evening will enjoy the sunset point (Shanti Stupa)Overnight stay in Hotel

• Day 2 : Leh,Lamayuru,Alchi , Resong ,Nunnery,Basgo Monasteries

  After breakfast drive to Lamayuru(127 kms)It was build in 11th century by Great translator RinchenZangpo. This Monastery is one of the biggest in Ladakh,This Monastery is Drigung –Kagyu-pa sect of Buddhism. After Lunch drive to visit the mesmerizing Moon landscape.Than drive back to uley .than Car will drive you between the gorge to Resong Monastery and Nunnery Both are in same gorge ,This Monastery is most unusual inladakh .betwee n the hills stands in isolationThis is Gelug-pa sect of BuddhismThen comes Alchi Monastery one of the biggest and oldest builds in 11th centuryIt is Kagyu-pa; Gelug-pa sect of BuddhismThis Monastery is not build on the mountain and hills like othersIt is in between the village.

• Day 3 : Alchi-Lamayuru to Leh

  After BreakfastDrive back toLeh.Around 40 kms before leh is Basgo Monastery which is Kagyu-pa follower of Buddhism, once this place was CapitalOn the way back You are going to see Magnificent Confluence of Two River Indus and Zanskar , After 7 kms Magnetic hill is on the which defies Gravity, Gurdawara ,Hall of fame is just 6 km before leh,maintained by ArmyIt contains History, Culture, Fauna, Flora and many things inside. Overnight in Leh Hotel.

• Day 4 : Leh to Nubra valley

  After breakfast drive to Nubra ValleyThe road journey from Leh to Nubra Valley passes over Khardung La (The Highest Motorable Road In The World) 18,390 Ft, around 39 km from Leh. From the pass, one can see all the way south over the Indus valley to seemingly endless peaks and ridges of the Zanskarrange, and north to the giants of the Saser massifNubra Valley is popularly known as Ldumra or the valley of FlowersIt is situated in the north of Ladakh between the Karakoram and Ladakh ranges of th e HimalayasThe average Altitude of the valley is 10,000 Ftabove sea levelUpon arrival in Nubra we check in at our Camp / Hotel in Hunder, have a rest till evening ,before sun set we will take you for a short drive to Hunder sand dunes to visit & ride double humped bacterium camel, later back to accommodation for overnight stay If time permits we will walk around the tiny villages to see how the locals live in this part of the worldA visit to a Ladakhi homecan be arrangedOvernight Stay at the Camp or Hotel.

• Day 5 : Nubra to Leh

  After breakfast we will visit the most picturesque Disket monastery on the hill topDrive to other side of Nubravalley , the main part of silk routeWe will continue our drive back to Leh via KhardonglaReach Leh& transfer to Hotel for overnight stay.

• Day 6 : Leh – Pangong Lake – Leh (296 KM)

  After breakfast leave for Pangong Lake en route crossing Changla pass 17,570ftsPangong Lake, situated at 13,930 feet It will take around 5 hours to reach their .A long narrow basin of inland drainage, hardly six to seven kms, at its widest point and over 125 km long, it is bisected by the international border between India and ChinaA few years back the government decided to open it to tourists though the lake and its surrounding is under army surveillanceEnjoy the landscape in the back drop of the LakeOne rarely feels so close to nature and environment and the scenery is unforgettableBy evening you will be back to Leh

  • Hotspots : Pangong Lake

• Day 7 : leh to Tsomoriri Lake.(240 km) (7 hours)

  After breakfast visitTsomoriri lake which is around 240 kms,6 hours drive from LehOn the one side of the lake is Korzok village .A Leisure walk along the side of the lake is recommended .As it give you internal peace if you go toward north –east direction for an hour or half you can see Nomad’s and can be interact with themOver nightstay in Korzok..

• Day 8 : Tsomoriri to Tsokar Lake then Sarchu orkelong.

  Early morning drive to Serchu passing Puga (Sulphur mine), Tsokar Lake, Skyangchuthang (The biggest and Highest Plateau on Stretch about 45 kms), In Pang you can enjoy the Lunch, then Leave for Sarchu via crossing Nakeela and Lchung la .if you want to travel up to kelong you can it will increase your travel for 2 hours over night in Sarchu.

• Day 9 : Kelong to Manali

  After Breakfast leave for Manali, a beautiful Scenic drive by crossing Baralacha la pass (4845 mts), Lunch at Sissu village, later cross famous Rothang pass, (Which is 13050 fts) overnight in Manali.
