Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Srinagar (Overnight Stay at Houseboat in Dal Lake)

  On arrival at the Srinagar airport and transfer to Houseboat. After get relax visit Srinagar half day tour of world famous Mughal Gardens visiting the Nishat Bagh (The garden of pleasure) and Shalimar Bagh (Adobe of love) , Shankaracharya Temple , Pari Mahal , Hazratbal Shrine. In evening Shikara ride in world famous Dal Lake. Later return houseboat and overnight stay at the houseboat.

• Day 2 : Srinagar - Sonamarg - Kargil

  Leave early morning and drive through the thickly forested Sonamarg and onwards to cross Zoji la Pass (3529 meters / 11645 feet). Travel across Drass (supposedly the second coldest inhabited place in the world). Visit the Kargil War Memorial at Drass. You can also view the infamous war peaks of Tiger Hill, situated on the banks of river Suru at a height of 9,000 feet, midway between Srinagar and Leh, reach Kargil by evening. Overnight at hotel in Kargil.

• Day 3 : Kargil - Leh

  Morning after Breakfast drive towards Leh Enroute visit Mulbek, Alchi, Giant Living Buddha Sculpture on Rock Mountain, Lamayuru, the oldest Monastery of Ladakh and Moon Landscape Arrive Leh by evening. Overnight at the hotel.

• Day 4 : Leh Local Sightseeing

  A Complete day of visit to the monasteries (104 Kms). After breakfast, drive to visit the Shey Palace, Thiksey, Hemis monasteries and Stok Palace Museum. Packed or Hot Lunch will be provided. Return to Leh in the evening. Overnight stay at Hotel.

• Day 5 : Leh Pangong - Leh

  After breakfast leave for Pangong Lake 14,500 ft, through Changla Pass 17,350 ft. (third Highest Motor-able road in the world.) The drive takes about 3-4 hours to reach. The lake is situated on the borders of India and Tibet. The lake is around 120 kms long and 50 kms in width. The lake is home to a large number of migratory and resident birds. In evening return back to Leh. Overnight Stay Hotel.

• Day 6 : Leh - Nubra Valley

  After breakfast drive to Nubra Valley via Khardongla pass (Highest Motorable road in the World, 18,380 ft.)We will stop at the pass to admire and click some photographs of the fantastic view, before driving down in the Nubra valley. Arrive at Deskit-the tiny capital of Nubra by afternoon. Rest of the day free to explore Deskit, Hunder Villages and camel Safari in Sand Dunes (at your own cost) between Deskit and Hunder Village. Dinner and overnight in camp
