Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 : Leh

On arrival at leh airport, you will be met by our representative at the airport and escort you to Hotel. Complete day for the acclimatization which is 3500 Mtrs above sea level. In the evening short walk around Leh bazaar Overnight at Hotel.
Day 2 : :Leh – Monasteries

Meal: Breakfast & Dinner at the hotel
Day excursion to the famous monasteries, it is interesting to visit early in the morning to enjoy the praying ceremony at Thiksey monastery. Continue drive to Hemis monastery which is one of the most famous monasteries of the Ladakh region. On the way back visit to Shey Palace. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 3 : :Leh- Alchi – Uletokpo 75 Kms

Meal: Breakfast & Dinner at the hotel
Leave for Uletokpo camping which is one of the most beautiful camping in the Ladakh region on the way visit Spituk monastery which is just 5 kms from Leh town. Continue drive to Alchi monastery is the only monastery in the Ladakh on flat ground. By the lunch time you will reach Uletokpo. Evening enjoy to sit on the bank of river coming down from the Ridzong side. Overnight at Camp.

Day 4 : Leh – Khardongla Pass – Leh 85 Kms

Meal: Breakfast & Dinner at the hotel
After breakfast full day excursion to Khardongla pass which is the highest motorable pass in the world 5600 Mtrs and has been recorded in the Gunnies Book of world records. At the top enjoy the nature beauty of snow capped mountain. In the evening back to the hotel. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 5 : Leh

Meal: Breakfast at the hotel
Transfer in time to the airport to connect onwards destination flight.

Payment Policy

Advance Booking Fee

30 days or more before date of departure: 25% of total cost

29 - 20 days before date of departure: 50% of total cost

19 days or less before date of departure: 100% of total cost

Important: The booking stands liable to be cancelled if 100% payment is not received 19 days prior to departure date and received amount will be fully forfeited.

Cancellation Policy

If you Cancel your Holiday

You or any member of your party may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received at our office. The cancellation charges applicable are as per the published cancellation policy below:

Cancellation charges per person

30 days or more before departure: 25% of total cost

29 – 20 days before departure: 50% of total cost

Less than 19 days before departure: 100% of total cost

If we change or cancel your holiday

We do plan the arrangements in advance. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements

Occasionally, we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at any time. If there are any changes, we will advise you of them at the earliest possible date.

We also reserve the right under any circumstances to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you.

If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements due to reasons beyond our control (e.g. bad weather):We shall first try to offer alternative dates for the tour if the tour hasn’t already commenced.

If the tour has already commenced, then we shall refund the booking price/fee charged to you on a pro-rata basis depending on the portion of the tour utilized by you.

In all circumstances, however, our liability shall be limited to refunding to you the price we charged as tour fees.

If you want to change your holiday plan
After confirmation of services, if you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way (e.g. your chosen departure date or accommodation), we will do our
utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible. Any request for changes must be in writing from the person who made the booking. All cost
incurred due to amendment will be borne by you.
Note: Rates are subject to Hotel availability as no booking is made yet.

-Entry Fees To Monuments And Palaces.

-Anything Not Mentioned In The Inclusions.

-Porterage At Hotels And Airports, Tips, Insurance, Laundry, Liquors, Wine, Etc.

-All Items Of Personal Nature.

-Any Cost Arising Due To Natural Calamities Like Landslides, Roadblocks, Etc.

-Any Increase In Taxes Or Fuel Leading To An Increase In Surface Transport.

-Ayurveda Charges.

-Only Non Ac Rooms Are Provided In Munnar And Thekkady As They Are Hill Stations.

-Mandatory X- Mas / New Year Eve Supplementary Charges , That Should Be Paid By The Guest Directly To The Hotels Concerned..

Special Notes:

The rates mentioned as on date, any changes in airfare, taxes, Transportation cause increase in total package cost.

If there are any surcharges in above then it can be applicable at the time of booking.

General Conditions & Remarks:

After confirm/Booked the Air tickets, Hotel No Date Change are permitted.

Any Changes or Cancellation after Cancellation Dateline will result in Cancellation Charges.

We require Full Payment prior Departure

No Refund for any unutilized service or sightseeing

Surcharge applicable subject to Late/Early arrival or departure transfers.

Rates quoted as per no. of pax. Increase/decrease in no. of pax rates is not valid.

CENCELLATION POLICY:

All Domestic & International Tickets are NON REFUNDABLE as applicable airfare rules.

After the tour confirmation, or more prior to the 30 days the cancellation charge will be 25% of Hotel Cost + full Airfare + Visa charges (if visa applied)

Before 30-15 Days of departure, the cancellation will be 50% of Hotel Cost + full Airfare + Visa charges (if visa applied)

Before 14-07 days of departure, the cancellation will be 75% of Hotel Cost + full Airfare+ Visa charges (if visa applied)

Before 07-01 days prior to the departure of the Holiday 100% of Hotel Cost of the Holiday (Package) cost.
