Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Leh

  Upon arrival at Leh airport our executive will meet you on exit gate of airport and transferred you to your pre booked Hotel. Settle in your rooms. The day is for resting and getting acclimatized into the high altitudes of Ladakh. Before any journey across this place, acclimatization is necessary. (Lunch on your own at hotel or restaurant) Later evening visit to Leh Market, Leh Palace which is the former royal palace built during the 17th century and Shanti Stupa. Dinner at hotel

• Day 2 : Leh - Lamayuru – Sham Valley

  This morning after breakfast drive to Lamayuruenroute visit Liker Monastery, Magnetic hill, one of the wonders of Himalayas. (Lunch en route at hotel or restaurant on your own), Post lunch drive to visit the mesmerizing Moon landscapes and the Lamayuru monastery get all set to visit Indus Valley and explore its major attractions, later Sangam of Indus and Janskar River. The barren yet enchanting landscape is worth every minute you spend here. If the weather permits, gear up for river rafting in River Indus. The next stop is, the Pathar Sahib Gurudwara. Lying on Leh-Nimu road, this Gurudwara has been built to honor the visit of Guru Nanak, the founder of Sikh religion to this region. Dinner at hotel

• Day 3 : Sham Valley – Leh

  Today morning after relaxed breakfast check out from Hotel and drive back to Leh. (Lunch en route at hotel or restaurant on your own) En route visit Alchi monastery and Hall of Fame Museum, founded and managed by the Army in the memory of war heroes. Arrive at Leh by afternoon. Your day is free for rest or individual activities on your own. Dinner at hotel

• Day 4 : Leh - Nubra Valley

  Morning after breakfast start the day getting ready to travel to the Nubra Valley via Khardungla (Highest Motor able road in the World, 18,380 feet) it is one of the most popular tourist destinations of Ladakh. The unique landscape has given it the name of ‘desert in the sky’. (Lunch en route at hotel or restaurant on your own) On arrival, check-in at a Camp /hotel. Later, leave for sightseeing. The famous attraction of Nubra Valley is camel safari on the Hunder sand dunes. The double-humped camels take you to explore the surrounding scenery. Next, visit the Panamik village. There are many hot water sulphur springs. Enjoy evening in your hotel/Camp. Dinner at hotel/Camp

• Day 5 : Nubra Valley – Pangong

  After Breakfast pay a visit to Deskit Monastery (Big Buddha), the oldest and the largest monastery of Nubra. Where you can have a magnificent view of Nubra Valley. Get ready for a morning expedition to Samstanling Monastery. The 19th century monastery is set in a serene setting in the Nubra Valley. Revel in the spiritual bliss of Tibetan traditions. (Lunch en route at hotel or restaurant on your own) Later, begin your drive back to Pangong. Your drive passes via Shyok Road. Upon arrival at Pangong, check-in to your pre booked campl. The day is free of plans, spend at your own leisure. There are activities of your interest, beautiful surroundings and a platter of sumptuous delicacies of the local cuisines to try out. Interact with the locals to know more about their culture. Dinner at hotel.

• Day 6 : Pangong Lake - Leh

  Start the day early before the sun is up. The mesmerizing sun rising over the lake is definitely one you would love to capture in your camera. Marvel at the blessed view. Back to Camp for breakfast and check out out from the Camp later this half day is scheduled to visit the serene environs of Pangong Lake, also known as Pangong Tso. Early afternoon start your drive back to Leh. Enroute visit Thikse Monastery and Shey Palace. Thiksey boasts of being the largest monastery in the central Ladakh Region. Hemis is believed to be the largest and wealthiest monastery in Leh. The 11th century Spituk is blessed with breathtaking view of Indus. Shey is a popular monastery with huge copper and gilded gold statue of seated Shakyamuni Buddha. Buddhist stupa on a hilltop offering panoramic views. Return to your hotel and day is free on your own activities for shopping and all. Dinner at hotel
