Amendment Policy

• The customers can prepone /postpone their tour once without any additional charges (if intimated before 15 days of travel date in written via mail). However postpone & prepone second time will attract additional charges of Rs. 3000/-
• In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo/Vehicle and season/off season time.
• We do not accept any changes in plan within 15 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand. The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment (rate may vary as per the seasonal/ off seasonal period).
• After Booking If in any case Changes in Persons/Hotel/Cab is made by Customer then note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply amendment charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone/Amendment charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.

Terms & Conditions

• Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 1:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. An early check-in, or a late check-out is solely based on the discretion of the hotel.
• Transportation shall be provided as per the itinerary and will not be at disposal.
• AC will not be functional in hilly areas.
• Entrance fee, parking and guide charges are not included in the packages.
• Booking amount is subject to change in case of any changes in booked package.
• Airline seat and hotel is subject to availability at time of booking.
• Travelers furnishing incorrect age details may incur penalty at the time of travelling for airline and hotel booking in package.
• In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, arrangement for an alternate accommodation will be made in a hotel of similar category.
• The package price does not include expenditure expenses of personal nature.
• Meals Timings must be followed as per the instructed time of the hotels. For any un-availed meals we shall not be responsible.

Hotel Notes

• Pets are not allowed.
• The hotel confirmed will be as per the brochure or an alternate hotel of similar category. It is mandatory to carry a Government recognized photo identity card (Passport / Driving License / Voter ID card)
• Free! Two child under 6 years stays free of charge when using existing beds.
• Extra Charge! child Above 6 years To 15 years treated as child with bed
• The primary guest checking in to the hotel must be at least 18 years of age. Children accompanying adults must be between 1-12 years.
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. After booking you will be sent an email confirmation with hotel phone number. You can contact the hotel directly for early check-in or late check-out.

Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms & Methods :
After 30 days of your booking date, 50% amount of your tour cost should be Collected If travel date is after 90 Days or more.
After 15 days of your booking date, 50% amount of your tour cost should be collected If travel date is less than 90 days.
Remaining 50% amount of the Package cost will be collected on arrival (1st Day of the Tour). In case of non payment either advance or remaining balance the company has full right to stop the services.

How to Book Package

Booking Amount (Advance) 30% of Total Package Cost.
After Completion of 50% Advance, Booking Confirmation Voucher Would be released within 7 Days. Train charges/ Volvo Charges /Flight charges Should paid in full amount at time of booking in addition to the booking amount.
For Instant bookings or On-the-spot booking, 50% payment is required before bookings are processed.
Incase travel date is not finalized and booking amount has been taken from the customer, needs to inform the same at least 30 days before Travel date.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :
In case, customer wishes to cancel his/her booking before 15 days of the travel date because of whatsoever reasons, including accident, sickness, or any other personal reasons, non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client. All the cancellations must be communicated in written.
Advance amount 50% is also non-refundable in case the cancellation is done within 15 days of the travel dates or No Show scenarios.
In exceptional cases like Instant death in family member (Blood Relation only), company can refund the advance payment amount but only after deducting its service charges and the cost charged in hotel/ transport etc and Company would also need the death certificate to process the refund amount (Please note: This policy will not be entertain if the cancellation may happen during the tour.)
In case of cancellation for Christmas and New Year period i.e. during 20th Dec to 05th Jan, the payment is non-refundable.
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made prior to the arrival dates. Cancellation timelines and refund :-
90 Days Before Travel Date - 75% Amount Refunded after Deduction of Booking Amount.
89-45 Days Before Travel Date - 50% Amount Refunded after Deduction of Booking Amount.
44-15 Days Before Travel Date - 25% Amount Refunded after Deduction of Booking Amount.
Less Than 15 Days Before Travel Date - No Refund.
Some cancellation and refund policies are out of our tender :-
Refund for hotel payment will depend on the hotel’s cancellation policy.
Train tickets cancellations are subject to the Railway’s policy.
Flight tickets cancellations will follow the airlines policy.
After meeting all the requirements refund will be processed and it takes 45 to 90 Days. No refund is possible for any complementary or unused activity/stay etc of the package.
