Day 1 : Arrival Kathmandu
Arrival Kathmandu, upon arrival meets, The representative from Sampurna Aventura Travel and Tours will welcome you at Tribhuvan International Airport & then transfer you to the hotel, check in and Overnight at hotel.
Day 2 : In Kathmandu
Visit Swoyambhunath Stupa with its 2,500 year history. Later visit to Kathmandu Durbar Square, Hanuman Dhoka, the ancient royal residence, Kasthamandap, Mahadev & Parvati Temple, Kumari palace sacred for Buddhists and Hindus and bazaars.
In the afternoon, visit Patan Durbar Square, the old Newar City with the Golden Gate, the Temple of Taleju, Golden Temple and surrounding beautiful monument, overnight at hotel.
Day 3 : Visits in Kathmandu
Visit to Bhaktapur Durbar Square, the Golden Gate, Palace of 55 windows, Lions Gate, Nyatapola Temple square, Bhairab Temple, ceramic/pottery square and Dattatreya Temple. In the afternoon visit Boudhanath, Buddhist shrine surrounded by many typical houses and monastery of the Tibetan refuge later visit to Pashupatinath, the most sacred Hindu temple of Shiva, at the bank of the river Bagamati, overnight at hotel.
Day 4 : Flight: Kathmandu - Nepalgunj & transfer to Hotel
Kathmandu to Nepalgunj, an hour flight takes you to Nepal – India border town in western business center of Nepal, which is the gateway to Simikot of Humla. It is an interesting Terai town mixed with hills and plains as well as local Hindu & Muslim cultures walk into nearby villages and Muslim bazaar. Overnight at hotel.
Day 5 : Fly from Nepalgunj to Jhuphal (Dolpo) (2,320Mt) Trek to Dunai (2,850Mft): 2-3 hrs,
Breakfast, early morning flights of 45 min takes you to Himalayan foothills Jhuphal. Your adventure trek begins through the terraced fields towards Bheri River and the narrow gorge to camp at Dunai. It is the administrative headquarter of the Dolpo region. In the evening walk around Dunai village. (B, L, D)
Day 6 : Trek to Tarakot (2,543Mt): 5-6 hrs
Breakfast, the trek continues along the south bank of the river heading upstream, crossing Deep gorges, hanging bridges and isolated villages with pine trees , The Tarakot is an old fortress town built by the local people. This village situated on a hillock to the south of Bheri River, once it is toll collection for the trading caravans.
Day 7 : Trek to Laini (3,160 Mt): 6-7 hrs
Breakfast, continue trekking to follow the Tarap chu river upstream, where you will cross the same river twice. You will see Sandul Gompa further east from Tarakot and at the junction of Barbung khola and Tarup chu Rriver. The path leads through the terraces field and rural villages with a few up and downhill to reach at overnight camp at Laini.
Day 8 : Trek to Nawarpani (3,545Mt): 5 hrs
Continue trek up to the gorge of the Tarap River, the trail follows steep slopes. The trail is quite exciting as the valley becomes narrow gorge, sometimes the trail vanishes for a while, making our own path across stone slabs fitted on logs in between the walls which act as a bridge, Later descend to Chyugur river.
Day 9 : Trek to Do Tarap (4,090Mt): 7-8 hrs
A gradual up trail lead us to Kamattarka at the confluence of the Tarap Chu and Lang Khola, a stream flowing from the east. After hours of trail leaving the narrow gorge, the path leads just above tree lines with bushes of juniper and wild roses, typical of dry inner Himlayan valleys. After 3 hours trek takes you to the village of Dho Tarap reside by Bon Po and Chaiba sects, surrounded by an irregular stone walled valley. Tarap is also inhabited by a few Tibetans and Magar etnic group for century
Day 10 : Rest Day at Do Tarap for acclimatization
Rest day in Do Tarap for acclimatization, during the day you can visit monasteries with breathtaking views. The people in Dolpo wear homemade spun clothing in maroon color, as Tibetan style somba or dhocha (boots with upturned toes) foot wear. Both men and women often wear rich religious amulets and strings of coral, amber and turquoise. Most of the habitant are Bon po and Nyingmapa sect, explore nearby Bon Gompa (pre Buddhist) is about half an hour's walk.
Day 11 : Trek to Numa La Base Camp (4440Mt): 6-7 hrs
The Trail continues towards upper Tarap valley, following the plain valley with patched of lush verdant grass on both sides of the river, which is completely different from other parts of inner Dolpo. The trek on this pleasant trail leads by the Tarap chu upstream all the way. Tarap considered as dream valley with vast plains in high mountains. The trails takes you to the village of Tokiu, with monastery of Chiba sect. After visit this village, continues further up this valley climbing up the rough track for 3 hours to reach our overnight camp beneath the Numa-la.
Day 12 : Cross Numa La (5,190Mt), and camp at Pelung Tang (4465Mt): 6-7 hrs
The long and strenuous trek continues to crossing of Numa La pass at 5,190mt, it leads to steep climb all the way to the top ridge of Numa la (Pass) with great views of the surrounding landscapes and offers incredible panoramic view of the barren mountains of Dolpo and Dhaulagiri (8167m). After Numa La you will descend to camp at Pelung Tang.
Day 13 : Cross Baga La (5,070Mt) and camp Dajok Tang (4,080Mt): 6 hrs
The trail begin with a steep climb to reach the top ridge of Baga-la at 5,070mt, it offers great views of the surrounding landscapes and of the distant snowcapped peaks of Kanjirowa Himal range, after a glorious moment at the pass, 3 hours of downhill trek takes you to the Dajok Tang.
Day 14 : Trek to Ringmo (3,600Mt): 3-4 hrs walk
Trekking through the pine forest, on leaving the forest behind the country and the vegetation changes for pasture field and alpine shrubs most of the way to Ringmo on the gradual slopes with few ups and down trail takes you at Ringmo.
Day 15 : Rest Day at Ringmo - hike to Phoksundo Lake
Rest day at Ringmo, you will be right on the shore of the spectacular Phoksundo Lake; the famous film 'Himalaya' by Eric Vally was shouted at this beautiful place, with Thinley's yak caravan attempted the 'Devil's Trail'. Yak caravans will be heading in and out of Ringmo on their way north towards the border of Tibet, and your destinations, Saldang and Thinje. You will explore the nearby Tibetan Buddhist monastery in this village of Ringmo. It is a great day exploring the lakeside and crystal serene Lake of Phoksundo with a great views. (B, L, D)
Day 16 : Trek to Shyanta (2520Mt): 5-6 hrs
Trek downhill to Chepka. From Chepka the trail follows the massive overhanging rock, it is the find many important medicinal herbs and mineral. The route then passes through the villages before climbing to Shyanta.
Day 17 : Trek to Jhuphal
The trail goes gently sloping upwards to Jhupal via Sulighat, on the way you will find tall birch trees. From atop the ridge, we can have the most spectacular views of the mountain and Jhupal below. Take caution require while trekking along this trail. In the afternoon explore local market in Jhupal.
Day 18 : Fly to Kathmandu via Nepalgunj
In the morning flight from Jhuphal to Nepalgunj. On reaching Nepalgunj, we return to Kathmandu by the next flight to Kathmandu, in the afternoon Nepali dinner with cultural show,
Day 19 : Free day
Free day for personal activities, overnight in the hotel.
Day 20 : Departure
At the arranged time Our Representative will drop you at the international airport in Kathmandu for your flight departure from Nepal, for final departure. End of services.
