LTC facilities provided by Central Government to their Employees
LTC Tour can be availed in 04 Years Block for any where in India and 02 Years Block for Home Town
AS per DOPT order Dated an employees can convert their 02 Years Home Town Block to Visit on LTC to Andaman, LTC to Jammu & Kashmir, LTC to North East and LTC to Leh & Laddakh
Private Airlines is also allowed to travel on LTC to Andaman, LTC to Jammu & Kashmir, LTC to North East, LTC to Leh & Laddakh
LTC Advance can be drawn 60 days prior to start LTC Tour
Employee having Grade Pay equal and more than 5400 are entiteled to travel by Air to any destination.
Employees Having Grade Pay 4800 or less are entiteled to Travel by Air on LTC to Andaman, LTC to Jammu & Kashmir, LTC to North East and LTC to Leh & Laddakh
LTC to Andaman can be availed from Chennai or Kolkata
LTC to Jammu & Kashmir can be availed from Delhi or Amritsar
LTC to North East can be availed from Kolkata or Guwahati
LTC to Leh & Laddakh can be availed from Delhi
As per DOPT Oreder Dated if any non entiteled travelling to LTC tour to Andaman & North East by Air from their HeadQuarter then their claim will be setteled which includes LTC 80 Fare of Air India + Entiteled Class Fare
Air Ticket & Boarding Pass are mandetory required while submitted Claim to the Department

Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : NJP Railway Station / Bagdogra Airport - Darjeeling

  Arrival at NJP Railway Station / Bagdogra Airport. Transfer to Darjeeling (7100 ft / 110 kms / 03 hrs). Arrives & Check in Hotel. Evening free for leisure. Overnight stay at Hotel.

  • Themes Hill Stations & Valleys, Lakes & Rivers
• Day 2 : Darjeeling Sightseeing - Gangtok

  Early Morning at 0400 AM visit Tiger Hill ,famous for sunrise over Mt. Kanchendzonga, on way back visit Ghoom Monastery, Batasia Loop and back to hotel. After breakfast proceed for visit Mix points, covering The Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, PNZ Zoological Park (closed on Thursday) Tenzing Rock, Tibetans Refuge Centre (closed on Sunday), Tea Garden (outer view), Rope way, Japanese Temple, Ava Art Gallary & Peace pagoda. And transfer to Gangtok . Overnight stay at hotel.

• Day 3 : Tshangu Lake & Baba Mandir & Gangtok local sightseeing

  After breakfast day excursion to Tsangu Lake (departure at 0700 to 0730 AM hrs ) - situated at a height of 3,780 Mts. with an average depth of 50 ft & Baba Mandir - The shrine maid in memory of sepoy Harbahajan Singh, Back to Gangtok .Afternoon local sightseeing covering Tashi View Point, Ganesh Tok, Hanuman Tok, Burtuk Falls, Ranka Monastery, Research Institute of Tibetology (Closed on Sunday & govt. Holidays), Do-Drul Chorten, Directorate of Handicrafts & Handloom (Closed on Sunday & Govt. Holidays), Flower Show. Overnight at hotel.
