Lviv Parks Cycling Tour

Package Overview

Take this one-day cycling tour to explore Lviv parks, visit Open Air Folk Art Museum, go up to the High Castle hill to get the picturesque panorama view of the whole city, stop by Lychakiv cemetery to take a look at beautiful tombs of famous Lviv citizens.

You will take a ride along the so-called Lviv green circle, that captures major city parks and outdoor areas. You’ll start from the Rynok Square, ride towards the High Castle hill and will have a chance to observe Lviv from the birdsview. Afterwards, cycle along the beautiful scenery of Znesinnya Park and Shevchenko Open Air Folk Art Museum. In the open air museum you’ll be able to stop by the exhibitions and learn more about Ukraine’s traditional rural lifestyle. Then bike to the Lychakiv Cemetery and enjoy a guided tour of the famous burial places.

Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Tour at the Rynok Square.

  Meet your guide at the Rynok Square, the very heart of Lviv. Start cycling to High Castle hill. Go up the hill and enjoy a terrific view of the city. Follow your route to Znesinnia forest park. Explore its rich flora and enjoy beautiful scenery of this place.
  
  Cycle to Shevchenko Open Air Folk Art Museum. See how unbelievably beautiful wooden houses and churches of the past ages create a genuine atmosphere of Ukrainian villages from different regions of the country. From there cycle to Lychakiv cemetery. Walk in the alleys of the graveyard and examine beautiful architecture of the tombs.
  
  Go to your final destination Stryyskyy park. Relax there, get refreshed and enjoy some picnic.
  
  Finish the tour at the Rynok Square.
