Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Machame Gate- Machame Camp (1490m- 2980m)

  After breakfast, drive to the Machame gate where you trek through dense rainforest. Stop for lunch and head to Machame Camp. Hours trekking: 6-7 hours Overnight: Machame Camp

  • Meals & Drinks : Breakfast, Hot Lunch/Picnic Lunch & Dinner

• Day 2 : Machame Camp - Shira Camp (2980m- 3840m)

  After breakfast, start a gentler ascent through the moorland, giant lobelia and giant groundsel plants. After lunch, trek to Shira Plateau. Hours trekking: 7 hours Overnight: Shira Camp
  

  • Meals & Drinks : reakfast, Hot Lunch/Picnic Lunch & Dinner

• Day 3 : Shira Camp- Lava Tower Camp (3840m- 4630m)

  Hike Pole, pole (slowly, slowly) towards Kilimanjaro looming mass. Have lunch before ascending to the Lava Tower. Hours trekking: 5-6 Hours Overnight: Lava Tower Camp

  • Meals & Drinks : reakfast, Hot Lunch/Picnic Lunch & Dinner

• Day 4 : Lava Tower Camp-Barranco Valley Camp (4630m- 3950m)

  After breakfast, descend into the Great Barranco Valley Camp below the Western Breach and Great Barranco Wall. Hours trekking: 5-6 Hours Overnight: Barranco Camp

  • Meals & Drinks : reakfast, Hot Lunch/Picnic Lunch & Dinner

• Day 5 : Barranco Valley Camp - Barafu camp (3950m- 4550m)

  After breakfast, you will hike through a steady incline through the Karanga valley (the last water stop) to Barafu Camp. Hours trekking: 7 Hours Overnight: Barafu Camp

  • Meals & Drinks : reakfast, Hot Lunch/Picnic Lunch & Dinner

• Day 6 : Barafu camp- Uhuru Summit- Mweka (4550m- 5895m- 3100m)

  Around midnight, you start hiking up to Uhuru Summit where you celebrate and snap once in a lifetime photos before descending to Barafu camp then descend to Mweka camp. Hours trekking: 8 Hours and 7 Hours to Uhuru and Mweka respectively. Overnight: Mweka Camp

  • Meals & Drinks : reakfast, Hot Lunch/Picnic Lunch & Dinner

• Day 7 : Mweka camp - Mweka Gate (3100m- 1828m) -Arusha

  After breakfast, you will head down to Mweka gate transferred you to a hotel in Arusha.
  Hours trekking: 3 Hours Overnight: Mercury Hotel in Arusha

  • Meals & Drinks : reakfast, Hot Lunch/Picnic Lunch & Dinner

• Day 8 : Arusha- Tarangire National Park

  After breakfast head to Tarangire National Park full day game drive. Dinner and overnight at Tarangire Elephant Lodge

  • Meals & Drinks : reakfast, Hot Lunch/Picnic Lunch & Dinner

• Day 9 : Tarangire- Serengeti National Park

  After breakfast head for the legendary Serengeti National Park for half day game drive. Dinner and overnight at Serengeti Sopa Lodge

  • Meals & Drinks : reakfast, Hot Lunch/Picnic Lunch & Dinner

• Day 10 : Serengeti- Ngorongoro Crater

  Depart Serengeti for Ngorongoro crater with your picnic lunch via Olduvai. You will visit Maasai boma and have lunch en-route. Dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge

  • Meals & Drinks : reakfast, Hot Lunch/Picnic Lunch & Dinner

• Day 11 : Ngorongoro Crater

  After having a hearty breakfast, you descend down to the Crater floor full day game drive. Dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge

• Day 12 : Ngorongoro Crater- Lake Manyara Park –Fly Home

  Leave Ngorongoro after a buffet breakfast for Lake Manyara National Park for half day game drive. In the early afternoon, transfer to the KIA airport and fly home.
