This is one of the best combinations you can do for visit Machu Picchu, is a combination of travel in a mini van en route different from the traditional route via train. This trip is done as a group from 2 to 10 people and return by train from Aguas Calientes. Includes sites as Ollantaytambo 1700msnm, the Abra de Malaga 4300msnm, Santa Maria 1500masl, Santa Teresa 1700masl, hydroelectric 1900masl and finally reach Aguas Calientes 2000masl.First breakfast the first day.

Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Cusco - Aguas Calientes.

  We pick you up from your hotel and travel in our mini van through the routes described. This route has a varied climate and changing puna dry valley and then a very pleasant tropical climate, On the way we will stop at points of great interest, to take pictures, relax, shop, etc, getting to know the districts Ollantaytambo, Santa Maria and Santa Teresa. After four five journey to reach this District of Santa Teresa to enjoy a lunch and then continued up to Hydroelectric. Here we take the local train to take us 30 minutes to the town of Aguas Calientes. We settled into the hotel. In the evening we have a dinner and coordination with the guide for the visit to Machu Picchu.
• Day 2 : Aguas Calientes - Machu Picchu - Cusco

  After an early breakfast, take the bus to go up to the archaeological site of Machu Picchu for about 30 minutes, here we checking our entrance ticket and then start the tour with our professional guide, visiting the Archaeological Park of Machu Picchu. The guided tour is three hours approx. and then have free time to continue touring other important areas of Machu Picchu. If you plan to climb the mountain of Waynapicchu suggested to visit in the second time 10am. (Subject to space availability). In the afternoon after having enjoyed this visit, we will take the bus down to Aguas Calientes for lunch and finally to return to the city of Cusco, arriving approx. 10pm.
