Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 : Madurai

Madurai Temple Tour reach Madurai and get greeted by the tour operator. Transfer to the hotel and take some rest. In the afternoon go for a sightseeing tour and visit places like the Meenakshi Temple, Mariamman Teppakulam and the Palace of Tirumalai Nayak. Attend the prayer ceremony at the Meenakshi temple in the evening. Overnight stay in Madurai.

Day 2 : Madurai - Periyar

Madurai Temple Tour, drive to Periyar. On reaching Periyar, check in at the hotel and in the afternoon spend a nice time by going on a boat cruise on the Periyar Lake.
Day 3 : Periyar - Kumarakom

Take breakfast and drive to Kumarakom on day 03 of the Madurai Temple Tour. On reaching, transfer to the hotel for the overnight stay.
Day 4 : Kumarakom

Visit the Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary, on the morning of day 04 of Madurai Temple Tour.

Day 5 : Kumarakom - Kottayam - Alleppey

After taking breakfast drive to Kottayam. On reaching Kottayam, board a Kettuvallom -the luxury houseboat. Spend a nice time, enjoy the backwaters all through the day. Back to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 6 : Alleppey - Cochin

Arrive at Alleppey in the morning and disembark the houseboat. Head for Cochin by surface. On reaching Cochin check in at the hotel and take some rest. Leisure in the evening. Go back to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay. .
Day 7 : Cochin

After taking breakfast, go on a sightseeing tour of Cochin on day 07 the Madurai Temple Tour and visit places like Mattancherry Palace, St. Francis Church and the Jewish Synagogue. In the evening enjoy Kathakali Dance Show in the theatre. Overnight stay in Cochin.
