Day 1 : Phuntsholing - Thimphu (180 km, approx 6 hours drive)
After Breakfast, Proceed To Thimphu Approximately 6 Hours Ride. The Road Climbs Steeply Up And Down Mountainous Ranges Through Zig-Zag Mountain Routes. On The Way, We Will Stop At Kharbandi Gompa. This Beautiful Monastery Was Built By Royal Grandmother, Ashi Phuntsho Choedon In 1967, Offering A Splendid View Of Phuentsholing And The Indian Plains From The Splendid Monastery Gardens Of Tropical Plants And Flowers. Lunch Is Served En Route.
Before Reaching Thimphu, We Will Visit Semtokha Dzong, The Oldest Fortress In The Kingdom, Build By Shabdrung Ngawang Namgyal In 1627.
Day 2 : Thimphu
After Breakfast, Enjoy Full Day Sightseeing Including, Handicraft Emporium, National Textile Museum , Folk Heritage Museum Aka Phelchy Toenkhyim. After Lunch, Continue On To National Institute For Zorig Chusum (Painting School), National Memorial Chorten, Kuensel Phodrang, Bbs Tower, The Motithang Takin Preserve Also Known As The Thimphu Zoo And 12Th Century Changangkha Temple. Next Visit National Library Which Was Established In 1967, India House And Saarc Building.
Day 3 : Thimphu - Punakha - Thimphu (150 Km)
Drive To Punakha Over The Dochu-La Pass (3,100 Meters), Which On A Clear Day Offers An Incredible View Of Himalayan Peaks Snowclad Mountains Bodering Tibet From The Pass Before Descending Into Balmy Punakha Valley. Punakha, The Ancient Capital Of Bhutan. Visit Punakha Dzong Which Is Located Between Pho Chu (Male River) And Mo Chu (Female River) The "Palace Of Great Happiness" Built In 1637.
After Lunch, Visit To Chimi Lhakhang, Temple Of Drukpa Kuenly, Who Is Known As The Divine Madman For His Accentric Behaviors. He Is Also Considered A Symbol Of Fertility And Many Childless Couples Go To His Temple For Blessing.
Day 4 : Thimphu - Paro (70 Km 1.5 Hrs)
After Breakfast, Drive To Paro. Enjoy Full Day Sightseeing Around Paro, Including A Visit To The Ta Dzong Museum Housing A Rare Collections Of Carefully Preserved Bhutanese Arts, Crafts, Paintings, Woven Textiles, And Sculptures Offering A Great Orientation Into Bhutan’s Historical, Cultural, And Religious Past..Next, Visit The Rimpong Dzong Aka The "fortress Of The Heap Of Jewels", Built In 1646 Ad And The Drukgyel Dzong, With The Delightful Village Nestling At Its Foot, Was Built In 1646 To Commemorate The Victory Over The Tibetans Invasions. And Also Visit Kichu Lhakhang.
Day 5 : Paro
Early Morning Hike To Taktsang Monastery, The Wooded Structure Stands Bravely On A Cliff In The Upper Paro Valley. The Walk Of Approximately 1.5 To 2 Hours. It Is Said That The Great Guru Rimpoche Have Flown Here On The Back Of A Tigress And Set Up This Monastery When He Brought The Teachings Of The Buddhist Dharma To Bhutan In The 8Th Century.

Go For Excursion To The Haa Valley, Reached Via The Beautiful Chellela Pass, Offers An Incredible View Of Himalayan Peaks Snowclad Mountains From The Pass Before Descending Into Balmy Haa Valley. Haa Valley Is More Than Beautiful. The Valley Offers Most Scenic Beauty, Characterized By The Rugged, Mountainous Landscape.
Day 6 : Paro - Bagdogra Airport (180 km)
After Breakfast Drive To Phuntsholing For Your Onward Journey.
